When I arrived, the lady on the front desk was very rude and not helpful when I had an issue. Then I spoke to the other gentleman who was on the front desk who looked to be in the manager and he was extremely helpful and polite. I will not be returning due to how rude the woman on the front desk was

It was a 2 star experience

The hotel stay was very ordinary, toilet doors broken, main door too tight, shower holder was broken, aircon did not work, room was dark even after switching alll lights. Overall it was a 2 star experience. The only plus point was its location from train station was convenient.

Not what we were expecting

This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. First of all the hotel refused to turn on the aircondition even though the room temperature was over 30 degrees at night. We did have trouble sleeping. They told us that the government was prohibiting them from using air condition until June, which is not true. Obviously they are trying to save money although we paid for cooling. Also I am pretty sure there was bedbugs as we woke up with itchy bumps on our body.. The drain was clogged in the shower. The breakfast was not impressive. There was no water in the pool. The area did not feel safe at all. The lack of maintenance in the surroundings were appalling. It looked like some of the buildings actually were deserted. And there was trash everywhere which smelled really badly. On a more positive note the metro was not far away, and it was easy going to Paris city. The hotel had a modern look and was fairly clean.

Quite a distance from Paris centre (half an hour or so on RER A) and about a ten minute walk from the station. The hotel is clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s the usual city tax to pay on arrival plus a €200 deposit that is refundable on checkout (we received our deposit back that evening after checking out around 10am). We stayed for 2 nights and the bed was made and clean towels brought for the second night/ day. There’s a safe in the room to lock valuables away. The only issue we had was no milk provided with the tea and coffee sachets so I didn’t have a hot drink in the morning when I woke up.
