The room and bathroom were very clean, it has air conditioning which was a nice surprise. The room is not very big but it has all you need for a short stay. The check-in process was fast and the staff helpful. The area is a bit far from the tourist sites but the metro is close and you can go anywhere. Only downside for us was that our room was on a third floor with no elevator and the stairs are pretty narrow for a big suitcase. All in all we had a very nice stay

bon rapport qualité prix

Bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel situé dans un quartier calme et à proximité de commerces et restaurants, et du parc Montsouris. Une chambre petite mais un séjour court donc ça convenait parfaitement. le petit déjeuner était bon.

Rien à redire sur la chambre ou l'accueil. Le prix était très correct par rapport à ce qu'il se pratique aux alentours. Il y a de quoi dîner autour. Bien que cela ne m'ait pas dérangé, il vaut mieux savoir que l'escalier est assez etroit etque l'insonorisation n'est pas leur point fort.

I stayed at this hotel for the last two nights of my trip to Paris and honestly, I really enjoyed it. The rooms are very small, but that’s quite normal for Paris, and I still had a comfortable queen-size bed. I checked the mattress and the cleanliness carefully when I arrived, and everything was very clean. The staff were all very kind, helpful, and welcoming. There is no fridge in the room, but the reception can keep your food or drinks in their fridge, which was very convenient. The hotel is also very affordable, especially for Paris. I loved the area in the 14th arrondissement, very close to Parc Montsouris. The neighborhood felt very safe and had a real local Paris atmosphere, not overly touristy. There are grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and the park all around, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The walk to the city centre takes about an hour, but I walked often because it’s such a beautiful walk through Paris. I think this hotel is perfect for a solo traveller or even a couple looking for a clean, affordable, safe, and well-located place to stay in Paris.

L hôtel est dans un quartier calme. Il est pas équipé d ascenseur et la cage d escalier est toute petite et pas très pratique pour monter une valise. Le lavabo est petit et pas très pratique. L environnement est calme et sans trop de bruit.

I am satisfied with this hotel

I recommend this hotel if you have less budget. The space of room is ok and clean. There are two supermarkets near hotel, and hotel is also near metro( max. 10 minutes). 如果是自助旅行者，且有一定預算的話，這間旅館是個選擇，離地鐵站走路不到十分鐘，附近有兩家超市方便買東西，這區域治安算可以的。

整體唔錯，舒適清潔，員工友善有耐性！附近有不少餐廳和超級市場。只是房內沒有雪櫃和熱水壺，隔音不太好。另外，沒有電梯，拿著很重的行李上樓梯比較吃力，但大堂的嬸嬸有幫忙拿上去。

I stayed in Unit 24 on the main level, which required going outside through the small sitting area (courtyard) to access. That would have been fine except that it rained for 2 days and there was no awning above the door. This meant that I was getting quite wet while trying to unlock the door. The room itself was small but quite functional. Bathroom shower area was very clean and had a hand-held shower head which is helpful. The built-in hair dryer was also very nice. However the sink in the bathroom was very small - literally 6" x 8" which would have been ok, except that it had a small shelf immediately above it, so could barely access when brushing my teeth! The room had a coffee maker, but no fridge or microwave. It's a quick walk up 2 blocks from the Metro, so overall convenient to get to/from CDG. If you are looking for ambience, this is not the place, however, I would stay again, if alone, since it's clean and functional.

La dame de la réception était très chaleureuse. La chambre était petite mais propre. Mon grand problème était de monter deux valises par les escaliers très étroits, presque en colimaçon. En effet, l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’ascenseur !
