The location is safe, convenient and near to metro station. The hotel room is small but clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

酒店位置没话说，就在凯旋门旁边，出门三分钟即到凯旋门和地铁戴高乐广场站；酒店免费早餐不错，丰盛；酒店床品不错，舒适；酒店就是客房显得有些局促，小了点，卫生间倒不小；整体还是值得推荐

Great Localization
Localization is great, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, close to metro station, close to different restaurants, markets and stores. The staff was gentle and speaking different languages what helps for tourists coming from different places from the world. The room is very small, depending on how much luggage you have there is not enough space and the bed was not the most comfortable I´ve ever tried, but in general as we were out for almost all day long this had not became a big issue.

Hôtel proche de l’Arc de Triomphe, propre, accueil agréable MAIS : Lit pas digne d’un 4*, matelas inconfortable, oreiller inconfortable, petit déjeuner limite : pain tranché sec, œufs brouillés desséchés. Peu de choix pour le standing de l’hôtel. Nous avons payé 1355€ pour 3 chambre mis pour une nuit !!! Soit 450€ la chambre ! A ce prix, là prochaine fois je me dirige vers un hôtel 5*…. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel non pas pour l’a proximité de l’Arc de Triomphe mais parce que nous avions un événement professionnel au Pavillon Dauphine St Clair. Bref, je n’y mettrai plus les pieds!

Πολύ ακριβό για τις ανέσεις που προσφέρει. Πολύ μικρά δωμάτια. Χωρίς καμία θέα αυτά που βρίσκονται στο ισόγειο. Φτωχό πρωινό. Στο δωμάτιο δεν έπιανε σήμα το κινητό. Καθαριότητα στα μπάνια μέτρια. Προσωπικό απρόσωπο. Γενικά δεν το προτείνω.

hôtel très bien situé et accueil très sympathique. Malheureusement, la salle du petit-déjeuner était un peu trop petite (tout le monde ne pouvait pas prendre le petit-déjeuner immédiatement en raison du manque d'espace) et le personnel du petit-déjeuner n'était pas sympathique.

Personnel, propreté, confort au top Par contre petit soucis : je pense que les fondations de l’hotel sont posées sur le tunnel du métro/RER ce qui entraine une nuisance sonore + vibrations (non négligeable) lorsqu’un train passe (assez fréquemment du coup)

Poor concierge and no porter service
Concierge doesn’t have knowledge about the carpark charges in front of the hotel. And he doesn’t have an interest to learn it. Instead he told me to find it out and tell him afterwards. No help is given to handle luggages into the hotel and into the room

fantastic location. very clean modern hotel. fabulous breakfast and helpful staff. but the room is small and the bathroom is way way too small. also the internet was slow you can use it to check emails but if you are on business trip trying to connect to your workplace via vpn to check on few thing you will be frustrated.

위치좋고 관리 상태 좋은 편안한 호텔. 재방문 의사 있음
런던에서 너무 비좁은 룸에서 자다 여기 오니 살 것 같았습니다. 킹사이즈 침대 양 옆에 넉넉한 수납장이 각각 있어 물품 보관하기 편했고, 청소도 깨끗하게 잘 해줬네요. 욕실도 너무 비좁지 않아 편했어요. 위치 좋은 거야 지도만 봐도 아실테고.. 조식은 안 먹어서 모르겠습니다. 슬리퍼는 룸에 비치돼 있지는 않지만 요청하면 줍니다. 밤에 리셉션 직원 1명만 근무해서 룸 비치 물품 떨어진 걸 요청하면 직접 오라고 해서 당황한 것 말고는 딱히 불편한 건 없었습니다. 재방문 의사 있음!
