The hotel was great. We had one problem when we first checked in. The first room had no heat. The staff got us heaters and moved us to another room the next morning. After that the experience was great. The staff is very accommodating. The concierge, Laurent, was amazing!! He booked us everything we needed to see and he got us good price packages with VIP experiences. Perfect!. We had dinner a few times at the restaurant. The bartender was great! He would take our food orders and make sure we’re satisfied with our orders. The breakfast overall was not bad but the dishes need more flavor. If it weren’t for the heat issue, 5 stars all the way!

This is a boutique hotel that is very well kept and has a friendly staff. If you really enjoy walking, you never have to take a metro or bus to see the sites. One day, we walked from the hotel to the Eifel Tower, La Defense, Norte Dame, the Louvre museum and back to the hotel. It was about 25,000 steps, and we saw so many things you would miss hoping on the Metro.

This hotel is likely my favorite stsy ever. What sets it appart, besides the impeccable amenities. Lindsay, the receptionist went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. She exceeded our expectations in every way. The two concierges redefine the term of excellence. They arttendedti our every way. This should be the ONLY hotel that you consider if you stay in Paris. Kudos

Nice American Style Hotel

Very nice staff. The room was quiet although in front of the building was under construction. Beautiful break fast. There are two small things I was uncomfortable. The room was dark and difficult to see inside the cabinet. The foot bench legs are sticking out and made me tripped many times. Nice location and I prefer American style and will be back again.

We could not have loved staying here more. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and most importantly (to us), it is in a quiet location without any disruptions, but still close to excellent restaurants, shopping and metro stations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Housekeeping came each day and left a little treat for us, room service was prompt, and on our second-to-last day, we received a handwritten note from guest relations along with a complementary bottle of wine. The food and drinks at the hotel bar were also exceptional. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have had during our travels - merci beacoup, Maison Astor!
