The hotel is located in a quiet and elegant Parisian street. Room is updated, clean with all necessary amenities including AC.. It was quiet and I was not disturbed by any noise from streets or other rooms from the hotel. 5-12 min walk to train stop depending on which stop. The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They speak English very well.

It’s nice but small. Pack light because in a medium room you cannot walk around the bed with bags on the floor. No dressers A great place for a carryon and a backpack or a business trip. Very few English speaking stations. BBC Nice location close to the metro.

We had a wonderful stay at the Moderniste. It was extremely clean and comfortable next to Metro 12. Many quaint restaurants and bakeries nearby. Staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Benjamin was helpful from the moment we booked online and through our stay. Special shout out to Shanny and Jade who were super helpful, kind and friendly during our stay. Over all it was a wonderful experience with excellent with excellent air conditioning.

Wonderful hotel. Pristine clean top to bottom. Helpful and friendly staff and a great location for us. Everything from the elevator to common areas to coffee machine was as-new condition which isn’t an easy task for a hotel! I travel quite a bit and this hotel is top notch for the price. Will be staying again!
