Great Stay

Nice hotel in extensive lawned grounds. On businesses so did not use spa facilities but restaurant and bar of high standard.

In general all went well and a very relaxing place. Things to improve: this is a good place also used for business travelers . Having issues to have an ironing board and an Iron for more than one day is really something that is not costly and can be addressed .

Like a tired Travelodge

Paid €240 for room only (in annex away from the pretty building in the photo) which was quite basic, in tired condition. Balcony had no table or chairs and despite requesting a non smoking room, room smelt like someone had smoking. Location is very pleasant just off the river but not particularly good value for money.

The overall condition of the hotel was not bad, but I think it was expensive compared to its size and condition. I couldn't use it because I was busy, but I may have had a ticket to use the SPA for one per 1 night, but since there was no information about it, I thought it was only available to those who asked (I have complaints about the overall service). And I used the hotel restaurant one day, and the steak was the worst. I had high expectations because of the price and the highlighted text, but the condition was close to the worst steak I've ever had.

Below average for the price

Cold shower. Nothing worse. Reported at reception only to be told I should have rung as maybe they could have done something (turned the temp up?!) which I didn’t appreciate because 1. I’m not an idiot and know how to operate a shower 2. How should I have called them up when I am in the shower?! Plus, I have work to get to and the shower was just falling apart so nothing that can be fixed today!

Manque de considération

Je trouve inacceptable d'avoir payer ma réservation en ligne et l'hotel nous a encore fais payé sur place la même réservation, et jusqu'à ce jour il n'y a ni le remboursement de la part de l'hotel.com ni l'établissement. C'est inadmissible, malgré tout mes mails fait a l'établissement

Très bel hôtel, parc reposant (on ne se croirait pas aux portes de Paris) infrastructures (piscine et spa...) au top (chauffés vraiment correctement et c'est rarement le cas), chambre avec vue Seine pour ma part et petit déjeuner varié avec de vrais jus de fruits (de plus en plus rare). Aucune fausse note donc !

Séjour très décevant

Notre séjour était très décevant. Nous avons réservé pour un séjour en famille : malgré le jeune âge de nos enfants euh pas d'option de chambre communicantes... le spa était sale, avec trop de personnes, un sauna hors service et un hammam qui ne chauffe pas. Le service nettoyage n'est pas passé pendant la journée et donc notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée. Les lits sont particulièrement durs.

Très surpris d’être dans un 4 étoiles La nuit a été très bruyante la chambre donnait sur la route et des jeunes s’y retrouvent pour boire et parler sous les fenêtres scooteurs qui font des allées venues. Le petit déjeuner est plus que médiocre au vu du prix (20€), à 9h30 plus de pain… on me propose d’en mettre au four ?! La baguette sort enfin du four après 15 minutes c’est du pain décongelé ! Un choix très restreint et de qualité médiocre Pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles, du jamais vu !
