Great location a few minutes away from the metro station, grocery store across the street and variety of restaurants in neighborhood. The apartment was clean with comfortable bed. Zack at the reception is super friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again.

Very comfortable small appartment

The apartment is clean, comfortable for short stays in Paris. The small kitchen even has a washing machine. Service friendly and efficient. Would use again when visiting family in Paris.

Peaceful and well-priced Parisian escape

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and new. Very quiet for our nap after red-eye flight. Main living area, couch, and bedroom not as pristine as in photos, but still decent. Very charming area—nicer than expected. Close to metro and shops. Easy walk to Pere Lachaise Cemetery and Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. Good rate. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great little find.

Great location and decent size space for Paris. Small supermarket close by, metro options 4 mins walk, washing machine a great bonus, although no where to hang clothes to dry (I like to air dry). Well equipped kitchenette, comfy beds including sofa bed. We stayed top floor and the lift was noisey when used by others, and sleeping on the sofa bed and not in the bedroom made it a little annoying. Overall a great stay and we would stay again.

I love the Belleville neighborhood; it is out of the way and not the typical tourist environment but has its own character. The lovely Parc des Buttes Chaumont is nearby as well as great restaurants and groceries. This residence is excellent. Comfortable with friendly accommodating staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay

Our experience was amazing , the room was very clean and comfortable, so much so that it felt like our own home. The street was very calm and we didn't have any problems with any noise, the bed and the sofa bed was also very comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful , they didn’t even charge us for a very very late checkout , (and a broken plate). Overall we would highly recommend this place.

I stayed here for just under a week. This hotel was clean and comfortable. It was close to a metro station and there were many supermarkets, so I was able to make simple meals in the kitchen. There were also many cafes and restaurants, and the area was relatively safe, so I was able to go out safely at night. I had read in reviews that the staff were friendly, and I was really happy that they welcomed me so friendly. I would like to stay here again if I visit Paris again.

Jourdain Neighborhood - Excellent!

We had a pleasant stay. I really liked the neighborhood It had everything close by, from restaurants, supermarkets, boulangeries, small cheese and wine shops to the metro and buses a few minutes away, which connected well to the main center Paris attractions. Very convenient. The accommodation itself was very nice and new, loved the bathroom the most as it was brandnew. The room decor decor was beautiful and minimalist. I really liked it. It was also very quite at night, which was great for a good night sleep.

We recently stayed at this apartment and love the neighbourhood and its convenience (5 minute walk to Jourdain station). The property is spacious and is thoughtfully furnished. Reception was super friendly and communicated to us effectively on how to access the apartment as we were arriving late. We also had a great chat with them the next day. There's a great Vietnamese restaurant (Pho Hanoi Pixérécourt) just round the corner. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros: great location, excellent cafe and boulangerie nearby, very good transport link. Efficient desk. Cons: impractical to have shower and toliet separated, toilet needs hooks for towel. Small apartment. Thin walls. No bowls for cereals etc. Some of this is easy to fix.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a nicely renovated hotel with apartment-style rooms. It was clean and well maintained. Zack from the hotel was very communicative and friendly. Just a note to double check which room you’re booking if you want a washer/dryer. Not all rooms include one if that is important to you. There is a laundromat a block over tho if you need it. The area is very much a neighbourhood of people living their normal lives and not a busy tourist area, giving us a more laid back feel. The area has a variety of people and restaurants and shops and farmers market 2-3x a week. Some areas around the hotel were kind of sketch tho. There was a lot of graffiti and garbage in the streets, and homeless or otherwise challenged people which made us a little uneasy going out later at night or to certain areas. Be aware of your surroundings. The transit for the area is good, however, the main metro #11 was closed for maintenance the whole time we were there, so making transit plans took some extra time and manoeuvring. Not the hotel’s fault, but just a heads up to people looking in the area.
