Nice hotel

Quite comfortable room. Bathroom is quite big. Shampoo, body wash etc are from Rituals. But the lift is very small which could only fit one to two persons only.

這間飯店做生意很不老實喜歡誤導消費者我預訂的房間在網站上看到是大間的到了現場卻給我非常小間的廁所小到連最基本上個廁所都有困難找飯店人員處理卻被說是我自己的事情跟飯店無關連最基本的服務都沒有做生意最基本的原則是誠信消費者預訂房間的照片是如何到了現場就該跟照片ㄧ模ㄧ樣而不是錢拿了就一付無所謂的樣子以品質來說這間飯店完全沒品質非常強烈建議來這間飯店入住的旅客要非常小心 This hotel business is not honestly like to mislead consumers I booked the room on the site to see the big room to the scene gave me a very small toilet to the most basic toilet is difficult to find the hotel staff have been dealing with That is my own thing with the hotel has nothing to do with the most basic services are not doing business the most basic principle is that the integrity of the consumer to book the room photo is how to the scene with the photos on the same model rather than money took a pair It does not matter the quality of this hotel is not the quality of the quality is very strongly recommended to this hotel occupants of the visitors to be very careful

自從來這家飯店住宿之後我對法國人的印象非常不好做生意很不老實我在hotels網站上訂的房間我看到的照片廁所是大間的結果到了現場要入住時卻給我非常小廁所的房間光淋浴的地方只能裝ㄧ個人連蹲下來都有困難找飯店人員處理時態度非常不好愛理不理一副就是反正我已收了你的錢你也不能拿我怎樣的樣子非常強烈建議各位旅客不要來這間飯店住因為品質非常差房間老舊並沒有像照片這麼美好早餐選擇少還要收15歐元是我遇過早餐收最貴的飯店論品質跟服務這間飯店連三星級都沒資格 Since I came to stay in this hotel, I had a very bad impression of the French. Great location only 5-10 mins walk to Arc de triomphe de l'Étoile. The room was clean and tidy and the staffs was friendly. I had a good stay in this hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A warm breakfast is served in the morning for a fee. However, there are some restaurants within walking distance that are good and not too pricey. I would stay there again.

Excellent emplacement tranquil. Bel hôtel et excellent service. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le seul bémol est que nous avions la plus petite chambre de l'hôtel n'ayant pas beaucoup d'espace pour les valises et la salle de bain trop petite ainsi que la douche. Je retournerais à cet hôtel mais j'éviterais la chambre #54.

This hotel is ideal because it is near the metro and the iconic Arc de Triumph. While the rooms are small, this is expected for European rooms. There is AC but in the peak of summer you may need a handheld fan for additional comfort.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station and a convention center where a large supermarket is located. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The 24/7 coffee/water in the lobby is a big plus. The breakfast was decent especially the Nepresso coffee. There are a number of issues that need to be addressed t improve guest experience: (i) The switches of the night lights on the wall are all controlled by the master switch that also controls the ceiling light. You cannot turn on night lights without switching on the ceiling light as well. The night lights are basically useless. Something is wrong electrically. (ii) The table in the room is too small and there is no lamp or a light near the table that can be used. (iii) the ceiling lights in the washroom and the "bar" area were all broken. These issues should have been picked up by the staff when cleaning the room daily.

The staff was incredible and helpful! The view out of the wind from the sixth floor was just incredible. The showers are tiny but that is the parisian charm.
