Nice hotel but...

It is a beautiful hotel. We stayed 6 nights during our vacation. Unfortunately, there were many problems in this hotel. First day, there is a staff with suit rushed into our room without knocking the door. She said : sorry , she didn’t know there is ppl in the room. And the same day, we found we have a dirty towel in our toilet. After two days, we went out with a card which shows no need to clean our room. It is also shows we don’t want anyone go inside our room. But at night , we found our room was cleaned up when back to our room. They left a post card on our desk to say they were sorry that their team didn’t pay attention to the card which I hang on the door. The last night, we found there were many blood drop everywhere on our bed. We were very shocked. I went to the reception and ask help for this terrible situation. But the reception staff ask us to stay in the same room and left us few new sheets to cover our bed. He said that he will report to hotel manager next morning ... that was a terrible experience and you pay more than 100€ to sleep on a bloody bed ... The next morning, I found no one knew our situation because the guy didn’t report it, so I have to repeat and show them our room. The hotel staff just keep telling sorry and told me it was their cleaning member’s fault. To be honest, I don’t ask for whose fault and I think the hotel should take responsibility to deal with this kind of situations. I won’t recommend this hotel due to their bad management.

new hotel, and is a jewel

Excellent experience with the hotel, hotel is new, Gym room is well equipped, plenty of room in lounges and reading area. Definitely will come back next Paris visit.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. It's also close to the metro station, so you don't need to stay in central Paris.

Inmitten der Stadt in einem ruhigen Innenhof - modern, einladend und sympathisch. Innerhalb einer halben Stunde gelangt man mit Bus und Bahn direkt nach Paris. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The hotel was in a very good area, we were within walking distance to the train station. There was a pharmacy down the street it was so nice. It was very peaceful and quiet at night , my sister and I felt safe going and coming late at night. Staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was so delicious and everything was clean. We are already planning another vacation to France and staying at this hotel. Very happy with the experience overall.

This hotel is a little hidden gem. With Marie de Clichy Metro just around the corner Was such a good base for exploring Paris for 3 days. Staff are so polite and helpful Rooms are modern and comfortable with air conditioning. And I loved the little personal touches Breakfast was amazing Outdoor area for relaxing was perfect of an evening Highly recommend

El hotel está muy bien. El personal es amable. El desayuno es bueno, a excepción de los huevos revueltos, pero todo lo demás está bien. Las camas son muy cómodas. La habitación muy espaciosa. El metro está muy cerca caminando. Si te gusta moverte en París en metro es una excelente opción. Llegas a la Torre Eiffel en unos 20 minutos en metro. Cerca del hotel no hay nada que ver o visitar. Hay algunos restaurantes, pero no muchas buenas opciones. Puedes pedir por uber eats. Nosotros regresabamos y no es como en otros lugares que hay opciones afuera para conocer. Mejor nos quedabamos en los camastros para relajarnos, en el sauna o jugando futbolito.

The staff experience was excellent. I would have liked a fridge in my room. The hotel should have advised us that they only have 5 fridges and they must be booked in advance.

Beautiful location near Metro station for access to anywhere in Paris. I left my AirPods after returning to the uk and the cleaners handed them in to reception and the hotel are sending them back to me. The hotel is in a very quiet location. It will be my go to hotel in the future

Great hotel, lovely staff, fabulous breakfast, amazing quality bathrooms, lovely linens and towels, coffee maker and all at an amazing nightly rate for such a great offer. Absolutely nothing not to like and they’ve got a garden and roof terrace !
