Overall, this place was pretty good. I would stay here again. The room was quiet, and the breakfast was terrific! The bathroom sink was partially plugged up - this should have been noticed and dealt with before checking in. However, it was still functional, so I didn’t mention it. I requested the front desk that I did not want any room service because I had a lot to do and needed to concentrate. They don’t use the traditional “do not disturb /clean my room” doorknob signs!? Instead, there is a sign saying do not make up the room for environmental reasons (good!) with some complicated way to earn a few minuscule credits and make everyone feel that they have actually done something to save our endangered planet. I put that on the doorknob. Unfortunately, the staff tried to enter my room the next day despite my telling them not to through the closed door. Then, they opened the door and entered anyway, and I yelled at them several times to get out (in French and English) before they left. I complained to the front desk about this, and they assured me that they would leave another message for the staff in addition to my initial request upon checking in. However, they entered the next day while I was gone. Very strange!

Absolutely poor in terms of comfort and cleanliness given the price paid for my 3-night stay. Dirty as soon as you step in. Poor customer care. Breakfast is not up to the mark, poor quality mattress took away my sleep and bathroom facility is below standard. The picture they put on the web doesn't tell the real story. Won't recommend it at all.
