Good service, poor condition of rooms

Booked 2 twin rooms but they only had 1 reserved, showed them my confirmation and they managed to give us 1 doubke instead of a twin. Room was quite tired looking, walls very thin so you can hear other people in their rooms constantly, which is annoying when you and your family need to sleep. I did complain and we were told we didn't have to pay for breakfast. Good positioning however, close to train station, friendly, helpful staff

Very happy.

Very happy with everything about our stay. Good location by the river and 2 RER stations. Secure underground parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

I had to wait about 40 minutes in the lobby, as per the hotel Expedia has not sent the confirmattion of my room. Luckily there were empty rooms if not I let you imagine. The person in charge in the hotel has called in front of me to expedia to show that the issue was not coming from the hotel but from Expedia.

L horreur acquatique

Wc ne permettant pas l évacuation des besoins - lavabo bouché et non réparé malgré la demande - douche partiellement fermée conduisant à l inondation de la pièce - système de la porte d entrée défaillant nécessitant de nombreux aller retour avec la réception …. Bref rien dans ma chambre n a facilité ma décontraction

Chambre correcte niveau espace, par contre une moquette remplie de taches ce qui laisse le doute à sa propreté Concernant le couchage, matelas très incofortable. Pour ce qui est de la salle de bain, grande déception. Lavabo très bas par rapport à la hauteur dun humain, de plus il etait fissuré de partout et les joints de la baignoire etaient limite niveau propreté. J'ai été assez déçue de ce sejour dans cet hotel.

Je suis arrivée plus de lit double comme confirmé à ma réservation, donc nous avons eu deux lits single collés l’un à l’autre. Il a fallut redescendre pour récupérer une télécommande. Et le pire de tout pas de climatisation fonctionnelle donc très mal dormi. Je souhaiterais un geste commercial.

Bonjour , suite à un séjour passe ibis Nogent-sur-Marne ! Les personnels trop désagréable ! Trop bruant ! Les femmes de ménage font du bruit a 7h du matin un week-end ! Alarme déclenché vers 8h pendant 15 mnt personne ne sait pourquoi .

Pas mal dans l'ensemble

La chambre était vétuste mais propre. Par contre, la fenêtre s'ouvrait à peine à cause d'un défaut... Problème signalé mais non résolu... Literie plutôt confortable. Pas de petites serviettes pour s'essuyer les mains, pas de sticks de café soluble non plus uniquement des sachets de thé... Nous avons été réveillé le dernier jour par l'alarme incendie, pas très agréable... Le personnel est plutôt bien dans l'ensemble Le hall semble être récent contrairement aux chambres qui elles sont vétustes et mériteraient un rafraîchissement surtout pour un 2 étoiles...

L’hôtel paraît correct de prime abord, une fois dans la chambre une immense déception la vétusté du mobilier, la propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer ( des toiles d’araignées entre les wc et le pare douche , de la rouille au niveau des joints , l’odeur de tabac froid ( chambre non fumeur) , la poussière sur le bureau, de l’eau stagnante dans la bouilloire Nous avions une seule hâte«  quitter les lieux » Nous avons verbalisé notre mécontentement au réceptionniste qui s’est gentiment excusé et nous a offert le petit déjeuner . Nous restons malgré tout très déçu et nous ne recommanderons pas cet hôtel.

Très déçue de cette réservation.

L'Hôtel est bien entouré, d'activités sympa entre amis, en couple ou en famille. Personnels très gentil et serviable. Pour ce qui est de l'hygiène Je met une GROSSE NOTE de 2, il y avait des ptits bestioles partout dans la douche et certains en plein milieu de la chambre ( Principalement des CAFARDS.)

Très passable au prix des chambres. Lit très mou, le fait de rajouter un petit surmatelat ne change rien. Sur 3 nuits, la 1ère nuit le ménage a été fait mais pas la ème nuit. Il a été déposé juste les serviettes, lit pas fait, etc.... Restaurant dans l'hotel n'est pas top et personnel froid. Personnel de l'hôtel agréable.
