Comfortable and quiet

The hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good and decent value for money. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired looking but it's in a quiet location and a decent walk from the stadium. There is not very much in the area close by.

The hotel is in the middle of office blocks and flats so has very limited facilities around it. We were two females so we did not feel safe to be wandering around at night looking for places to eat and drink. The room was small but clean. The beds were comfortable. The small heater and air con didn’t worked so we had to get in bed if we were cold. My main complaint about this hotel was the staff. Not a single member of staff working in the hotel wore a badge or uniform to alert people staying there to who they were. It just happened to be that they were the only ones behind reception. Most of the staff were ignorant and took all their time to acknowledge you. The only friendly staff were on check in and check out but unfortunately our experience of staying here had already been tarnished by the hotel staff aside of these times. My main complaint is lack of clarity with the eating and drinking facilities with the restaurant attached, Breakfast was delicious but aside from this it was only open twice for lunch, dinner and drinks twice in our 5 night stay Thursday to Tuesday. It states this on the website but you have to look carefully to find this information. Eating out was not a massive problem for us, but having access to drinks facilities was a big problem. There are no drinks making facilities in the rooms and hotel staff are not there to provide drink. I had a heated discussion about this with a staff member which made the rest of the stay very difficult.

We paid for the breakfast and it was a big let down, only one plate. And the sausages were not cooked properly, and the pastries were hard. The only highlight was the bacon. But it was very close by car to the La defence area, which was why we stayed there.

Comfortable and convenient.

Quiet and comfortable. Fairly convenient for Metro to city centre and short walk through nice park to La Defense arena and commercial centre. Underground parking very handy and free at weekends. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant are closed at weekends.

Rooms were incredibly small and the neighborhood was very "iffy". We will not stay there again. We thought we were within walking distance to the La Defense Arena but discovered it is much too far to walk, especially in that neighborhood!

No working AC. Only one working elevator for several days. Bed is a 1” mat on a box spring. Cleaners came in while the sign was on the door and intruded on us, then gave us sarcasm when we asked them to leave the room.

La chambre est de taille plutôt modeste mais rien ne manque. Tout est propre. Seul bémol le parking arrière dont la barrière est cassée le laissant ouvert à qui veut se garer. Mais le perso est vraiment disponible, souriant et professionnel, merci à eux.

Déjà fuite au robinet d’eau ensuite plus de gel pour se laver … et le pire c’est quand même le petit déjeuner 13 € par personne c’est pas rien ! Rien au petit dej il était 9 h 30 tous le monde se plaignaient pas de tasse plus de jus d’orange plus de plus de croissants plus de petits pains au chocolat plus de fromage en fin plus rien quoi et quand on l’a dit au personnel il a répondu oui mais il y avait un groupe …… j’ai envie de dire ET ?…. Les deux serveurs étaient débordés pas eu de réduction malgré la réclamation mon petit dej était thé pain seul et un demi verre de jus d’orange ! C’est cher le petit dej !! En étant commercial il aurait au moins dû rembourser 2 petits dej nous étions 4 !!

La chambre était conforme aux attentes et l'hôtel était calme. Mais ma chambre était située au dessus du restaurant avec des odeurs de cuisson (fenêtre ouverte) ainsi qu'un fort bruit de ventilation dans la chambre qui s'est atténué dans la nuit. Aussi l'hôtel est assez loin des transports en commun.
