溫馨舒適的小套房
櫃檯服務人員都很友善，房間雖小，但空間運用不錯應該有的設備都有，房間擺設也與飯店介紹的房間照片一模一樣，附近餐廳很多，也有超市，不需煩惱吃的問題，附近治安感覺也OK，居住期間晚歸也沒遇過什麼麻煩，小缺點可能是，位置距離市區稍遠，價格稍高，要到景點一定得搭乘大眾運輸工具(但搭乘地鐵很方便)，房間電梯只到四樓，樓梯有點窄，若行李箱大又重且住五樓以上可能在搬運時會比較辛苦．

The hotel was very nice & modern. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Our room was lovely but the shower wasn't sealed properly so a puddle formed on the floor every time. Would have been nice to have tea & a kettle in the room, but liked the lighted wardrobe & the desk area. The area wasn't very nice but it was central enough to what we wanted to do in Paris.

Tres bon hotel avec un excellent confort
Hotel tres agréable et bien situe. Notre chambre etait moderne et fonctionelle. Juste une deception au niveau de la salle de bain, mal ventilee et sans separation de douche.

The room and bathroom were fine. The young lady at the reception desk was outstanding. The problem was that mice came into our room and went into our luggages attracted by some small packs of cookies and nuts that we carried for snacks. The noise and raffle the mice made kept up awake so we could understand what was making all that noise. Then we were able to see where the mice came from and attempted to plug the hole. Obviously our night was pretty much wasted. The next morning we advised the young lady at the reception desk that there were mice in our room. She was very apologetic and offered us free breakfast which we could not accept due to our travel schedule. I was still expecting a message from the Scarlett's management that they had identified the mice problem and corrective measures were in place. But I have not heard or received anything and to this day I do not know if any action was taken to clean the mice issue. So I am disappointed by the Scarlett management and I would obviously not returned to this hotel nor would I recommend the Scarlett to anybody.

A little disappointing
Nice lobby and friendly staff at reception. Unfortunately our stay was let down by some simple mistakes and maybe a bit of a lack of maintenance. We arrived and checked in on a hot day, staff on reception were friendly and check in was quick. When we got to the room we needed to get in the shower and found there were no towels in the room, no soap to wash hands with and the bins hadn't been emptied from the last guests. At reception we were given shower towels, though no hand towel and were told that they don't have soap for the sinks, and were given some extra shower gel instead. I often feel it's wasteful to provide a big bar of soap, especially when guests are staying one night, but a soap dispenser for washing hands seems like a very basic item not to provide. Otherwise, the room seemed clean and comfortable enough, except for the air conditioning which barely cooled the room, even when left running for hours. Might need some maintenance, or at least a fan providing like we were given when the air conditioning didn't seem to work in our hotel nearby the week before. All in all, a reasonably nice hotel in an interesting and lively part of Paris, but let down by some simple oversights and maintenance issues. Hopefully just a bad day for the hotel, as other reviews seem to suggest better.

We had a lovely stay at hotel Scarlett. We were a short metro ride from the Eiffel Tower, museums and activities we wanted to do while we stayed in Paris. The surrounding area was full of character with multiple dining options. The staff was extremely helpful at answering any questions we had while in the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this beautiful local area.

L'hôtel est trés bien : Trés propre, trés bonne literie, personnels à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner : il y a du choix, bon rapport/ qualité prix. Seul hic l'hôtel en soi n'y est pour rien mais l'environnement est un peu cloque surtout le soir quand on remonte la rue principale entre le RER & l'hôtel. Sinon trés bonne expérience, adresse à conserver.

Lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue el recibimiento de Raf quien nos entendió perfecto, lo que deseamos entendimos y hablaba algo de español, un chico muy amable, sin embargo como eran apenas las 11 am no pudimos hacer el check Inn y por la tarde nos atendió otra chica que nos cobró por adelantado los impuestos y nos hizo que abriéramos un voucher por 90 euros aunque no queríamos, lo peor: el check out, otra chica que nos atendió sumamente grosera se enojaba porque no le entendíamos y nos decía que no habláramos cerca de ella que nos fuéramos, nunca había conocido a alguien que prestara un servicio y que fuera tan grosera, según nos ayudaría a conseguir un taxi al aeropuerto pero por lo grosera mejor nos salimos a conseguirlo y fue mucho más rápido de lo esperado, no recomiendo este hotel para nada, o bien que su personal cuente con actitud de servicio como Ralf, no pongan a gente grosera que nos humilla por no hablar francés, a reserva de ella todos en Paris fueron amables, es una lástima que crean que nos hacen un favor cuando pagamos el hotel y nada barato, el favor por escogerlo lo hacemos nosotros y tuvimos un trato denigrante que no merecíamos

Cute. Looks like pictures. Just enough space for 2 ppl. Concierge spoke English and were available 24hrs/day. Great location and close to many food places and the subway. Very easy central safe location. Also they gave universal chargers for use while staying there. I would stay again as an AA 28yo woman. My only small complaint: it was hot and the air is controlled based on outside temp, like a master hot or cold. So it was 65 outside, so the building was only producing hot air (which could be controlled per room) however I was hot and wanted cold air, so I was SOL. I tried opening the windows which blew fresh cold air but I saw mosquitoes so I had to close it.

Second time staying at this hotel. Would not stay here again after this experience. Poor front desk service, wrong room on initial check in. Moved to an even worse room with poor A/c, flooding bathroom, and no elevator access. 2/3 front desk people were NOT helpful in rectifying anything. Much more to say, but don’t want to waste my time.

So clean. Staff is very friendly. New bathrooms and room furnishings were very pleasing. We had 2 rooms and both were adorable and CLEAN!! Bed was so comfortable. Loved the location. We walked to metro, a great little bakery, cafes, everything you need is close by. My teens even walked to a McDonalds that was open late. I would go back to this hotel. We had friends stay closer to the tourist area and they couldn’t really go pick up a baget, cheese, a bottle of wine, cafe and dessert and sit to enjoy France. Love this hotel. Love the location. Love the staff.
