The hotel service was excellent, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and put together. I would definitely stay there again. I really loved the air conditioning on the room as I was visiting during the summer.

Loved the location of the hotel, it is very close to the Champs Élysées. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is great, lots of variety of food and drinks. Clean facility and nice size rooms.

Loved the staff at breakfast; courteous and professional. There were many food items available and they were delicious. Comfortable bed. Showers were awful. 1/2 glass door caused the floor to get wet and slippery. Front desk personnel were very rude when you ask them a simple question. They don't appear to enjoy their job. Will not spend my money there again even though the location is directly off Champs Elysees!
