Very nice

Nice area, nice room, nice personel, stayed at the top floor and could see the Eiffel tower from our balcony. The daily cleaning seemed to only include changing the towels, no making beds or tidying up.

No staff no problem nice room

For a European hotel room, good size and with a tiny kitchenette. However, realize that the business model is a lack of service so the desk was rarely staffed, you get a pass code for the doors and maid service is extra. But for a man traveling alone the price was right and I enjoyed the stay. Very nice bed and bedding and pillows. I would return.

The worst part of the whole stay was the Check-In experience. I'm traveling from America so I only bought internet service (which gave problems several times in France). Sonder sent a pre-authorization form to complete and I couldn't do the last step because the website got into an error. Additionally, I didn't receive any information about the check-in, nor that I needed any codes to enter the hotel lobby. When I arrived to the hotel, nobody opened the door. I waited, went around the corner and saw some people through a window and did some hands signs requesting assistance and nobody came to open the door. I went around the block to see if there was another entrance, no luck. After maybe waiting like 30 minutes somebody finally opened the door. Then, I had to wait for another person to arrive to the lobby because there was no employee there. That employee could have probably been on a lunch break and that's totally fine, if it was but the lobby should have been staffed. Since I didn't recieved the code that was needed to enter the hotel nor the room, I had to deal with all this situation in which around an hour and 15 mins were lost for no reason. A friend of mine came to the hotel and she translated to me and to the employee, she said she heard my room wasn't available but the employee quickly gave me a room information, so that was not an actual problem and was resolved with no further delays.

We've never used a Sonder property before but it worked well. Check in is done ahead of time online and then you get a code to use for both the front door and the room. This property has luggage storage that we made use of since we arrived early (there are four medium sized lockers that hold at least two carry on suitcases and two large sized lockers that would take large checked bags). Because it's all done electronically, the code for the room literally won't work until exactly 4 pm. Even though there isn't a check in desk, this location nearly always has someone manning the entry way. The location is great in Paris - you're close to two metro stations (Volontaire (12) is the closest but also Pasteur (6) and you can walk to Gare Montparnasse (picked up trains there for day trips to Versailles and Chartres). There is a park across the street with a playground. Lots of shops and a couple of grocery stores within a few blocks.

This is a great place if you want to stay in an apartment. I liked my room. The room and the bathroom were bright and spacious. There were a couple of issues with things not working, but for the most part it was good. Things to note is the place has a relatively late check in with limited first come first serve luggage storage. This is not a great place if you are getting to the city early. You would need to plan around this or spend a night or two somewhere else before going to this Sonder. That is what I did and it worked out great. I would also take the same precautions at the end of the stay. You need to plan for a smooth transition to the next leg of your trip or your return home if you need to leave the city late. Also, the area is relatively residential. Be prepared to walk about 7-10 minutes away to have options. This is not a bad thing if you want a quiet stay and you want a lot of autonomy, but this is not a destination in which you come back to in the middle of the day and rest before heading out in the evening. It is a relatively long trip (20 minutes) by foot or train to main attractions.

La chambre n était pas prête avec une odeur de renfermé+ produit de lavage toxique. J ai du dormir avec les fenêtres ouverte tellement l air été irrespirable. L hôtel c est engagé à me faire une remise qu il n'a jamais fait. Honteux

Très froid.

Il faisait très froid dans la chambre et impossible de la réchauffer. La ventilation étant déjà au maximum. La douche est minuscule Les produits de la salle de bain sont médiocres. Il n’y a pas d’accueil. Peu de contact humain pour une chambre à ce prix c’est très décevant.

Personne à l'accueil très aimable Par contre les procédures d'accueil sont inutilement compliquées, plusieurs mails préalables demandant à remplir des choses compliquées , informations à fournir à l'arrivée ,passeport etc, il y a pas de téléphone pour joindre la personne à l'accueil et il n'y a plus personne à l'accueil à partir de 8h du matin et le numéro de téléphone indiqué ne correspond pas à quelqu'un de l'hôtel mais à une espèce de centrale Déclenchement intempestif et prolonge d une alarme particulièrement sonore Chambre confortable mais entrée particulièrement exiguë

Excepcional. Ótimo custo benefício.

Nós gostamos muito de ficar nesse espaço. Bairro muito tranquilo. Um dos pontos fortes é a maquina de água gelada e ou gaseificada que fica na recepção onde podemos encher as garrafas que ficam no quarto. Na maior parte do tempo temos pessoas na recepção para nos assistir. Perto de supermercado, metrô e bons lugares para ter uma refeição. Tudo novo e limpo. Trocam as toalhas do quarto diariamente. Super indico.
