Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Ashamed it’s in my home country. Dirty, unwelcoming, elevator broken, rude staff said “this is not America here”, not safe, window not closing, noisy, moldy, room keys didn’t work several times, shower not working, toilet leaking .SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISED ON HOTELS.COM Will file a formal complaint to get my money back.

Hotel did not worth 3* stars, it is very old, room was dirty, even 1* star they should earn, payment system also did not work properly, very noisy, even kettle staff give me from trash, very bad expirience

Horrible Hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!! The hotel locks the lobby door so that you cannot enter or leave unless someone is behind the desk. They take your key back every time you leave. If there were a fire, you could not get out. The AC does not work, it's hot.

Abordable pour le quartier mais qualité moyenne

Le prix est intéressant pour Paris, et pour ce quartier, mais, comme beaucoup d’hôtels parisiens, les chambres sont peu insonorisées des autres. En arrivant dans ma première chambre, il y avait un souci de ménage des toilettes et j’ai tout de suite été replacée dans une autre chambre par le personnel très accueillant. Le ménage y laissait également un peu à désirer mais bcp mieux qd même. la « salle d'eau » et « douche » microscopique. Même pas une chaise pour poser ses affaires. Par contre literie très confortable, et j’ai pu bien dormir (avec mes boules quies), ce qui est le principal ! Le petit déjeuner n’est pas cher non plus, 12,50€ et plutôt correct !

Caution qui ne rend pas ! On réserve, l’hôtel prélève pour au final arriver la bas et nous dire que l’hôtel est complet il n’y a plus de place

Hotel correct mais lit lamentable

Hotel vieillissant mais correct, propre et personnel accueillant. Au calme, transports publics pratiques. Mais vraiment un lit, sommier + matelas, catastrophiques, branlant, affaissé, un matelas plus haut que l'autre, penché... A changer impérativement.

L'hotel est convenable, La chambre etait propre,mais les pientures sont toutes à refaire,des eclats, des rayures des manques. La literie est tres bonne Par contre la salle de bains est un cagibii,quasi impossible de rentrer dans la douche,on ne tient pas a 2 dans la salle de bains.et les serviettes sint des mouchoirs.il faut descendre à la reception pour en demabder une ,un oeu plus grande.Les hotels se plaignent de airbnb ...normal pour ce prix à la nuit il y a nettement mieux

Parking à 400 m. Les photos du site donnent l'illusion de chambres spacieuses...ce n'est pas le cas, surtout pour la douche de 60x60 ! L' hôtel est vieillot , le matelas dur dur... Le chauffage dans la salle de douche ne fonctionne pas. A l"arrivée un réceptionniste assez bien , par contre au depart la personne à l'accueil nullisime... ni bonjour, ni au revoir . Bref, pour une nuit juste passable. Situation de l'hôtel très bonne.

Tout c’est bien passé, j’ai pas mis 5 étoiles car j’ai été surpris avec stupeur d’apprendre une fois sur place que cet hôtel ne prenais pas les chèques vacance ANVC, je prend régulièrement des hôtels au moins une fois par an depuis mes 20 ans, j’en ai 40, j’aimais aucun hôtel du bas de gamme aux hôtels 4 étoiles, ne m’on refusé des chèques vacance ANVC ! Ce n’est pas grave j’ai pu payer par cb. Mais je née peux pas mettre 5/5 soit parfait à un hôtel qui ne prend pas les chèques ANVC

Manque de professionnalisme

Lors de l’accueil ma pièce d’identité a été présentée mais comme le réceptionniste était au téléphone en même temps il a oublié de me redonner la PI . Je n’ai pas été vigilante de mon côté Le lendemain j’ai quitté l’hôtel pour une réunion importante . Sur le trajet je reçois un appel de l’hôtel pour m’annoncer qu’ils ont toujours la PI J’ai fait demi-tour Bilan : 50€ de taxi supplémentaire et 40 minutes de retard à la réunion Je suis furieuse contre l’hôtel qui s’est à peine excusé et contre moi même pour ma négligence
