The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well so I didn't feel lost when directions were required. We had an issue with our room the first night and they relocated us asap. We were very thankful. The only down fall was the lobby was being renovated so there was no place to seat and relax in the lobby - felt sorry for the staff who were trying to work during all the construction. We made the best of the situation ...I would stay there again.

Perfect location, helpful crew…
The hotel is in a very central location, it is possible to reach almost everywhere on foot or by metro. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but adequate and comfortable. The cleaning was done very well. I stayed at Park Lane for three days and I was very satisfied.

Ikke godt nok.
Hotellet ligger godt og havde masser af venlige/serviceorienterede medarbejdere. Men værelset var alt for småt - ikke mindst badeværelset - bl.a. var brusenichen næsten ikke til at være i for voksne. Det var heller ikke muligt at have plads til 2 kufferter på værelset. Morgenmaden var også lidt under middel. Ikke 4 stjernes hotel efter vores opfattelse.

Great service from the front desk staff. They were fun, pleasant, attentive and offered excellent dining options. We loved our room, and the hotel was convenient to our main interests.

Great hotel home base
Great hotel for a home base: comfortable, clean and in a safe area in 8th arrondissement. Good free breakfast. May want to bring your own conditioner though. They didn’t have any. Still, we highly recommend it!

Hotel is located in a very convenient area, walking distance to many attractions. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff is friendly. Room service was great.

Friendly staff, poor room.
Very friendly staff. However, found the room to be quite poor for a 4 star hotel. The towel rail was not straight, tiling not properly finished, when used the shower, the taps were wobbly. Wife nearly hurt herself as she opened the door, it was so tight to the front door and the hinge you couldn't open it properly. Not spacious at all. Would like to point out despite the room being quite poor, the staff were extremely friendly.

My stay was 4 days 1- The room was not ready until 4:30 in the afternoon 2- I left at 3 am and there was no one to help me with my bags 3- In 4 days the bed linen has not been changed 4- Air Conditioner does not work

Hotel staff friendly. Close to shops and main tourist attractions. Breakfast good, but could do with more variety. Hotel has a bar, but no spa or sauna. Room relatively large for Paris. Bed comfortable and room was clean. Would stay again.

Non avons passé un très bon séjour lors de notre passage dans cet hôtel que nous recommandons. L’hôtel est très bien situé avec un parking à 5min à pieds, le personnel est agréable et accueillant, la chambre ainsi que le petit déjeuner été super également.
