The room can’t connect to wifi, ask the staff to resolve it, he just asked us to try again, but it can’t connected. l think it’s lack of the correct machine that can make wifi cover all rooms. Therefore, we lack of wifi all day and all night.

房間中規中矩，還算乾淨。鄰近捷運及租車公司，交通方便。附近亞洲餐廳蠻多的，吃的也很方便。

3人房太細, 祗是雙人房加張梳化床吧了,連被都沒有準備, 落接待處問取, 竟然說沒有, 祗給予一張不知幾多人用過的毛毯, 連被套都無, 叫人點安心用, 唯有用毛巾包著過一夜. 喼係唔會有空間可以打開.

交通便利，附近很熱鬧，後面還有間大型購物中心，裡面有家樂福 房間大小還可以，另外還有提供送機服務，價格不貴，到CDG機場單人是26歐，兩個人是每人18歐 very convenient, behind the hotel there has a big shopping mall, inside has carrefour the room space is okay the hotel also provides the pick up service that the price is very fair, to CDG airport is 18eu/per person, if only one person then the price is 26eu

Très bon hôtel à la Place d'Italie - Paris 13
C'est la 2è fois que nous séjournons à Best Western Paris Italie: c'est toujours la même satisfaction ! Nous sommes arrivé à 11 heures du matin, comme la chambre est disponible, on a pu accéder à la chambre pour ranger nos affaires avant de sortir. Les autres hôtels, on doit attendre après 14h même pendant les périodes très calmes après la pandémie ! Bravo !

Bien situé, insonorisation par rapport à la rue perfectible (au 1er étage), accueil a l'arrivée peu courtoise, la personne pour le check out l'était beaucoup plus. Chambre propre, plutôt confortable, efficace. Petit dej franchement moyen.

Room was very correct and clean but on the last floor, right under the air conditioning machinery and the soundproofing was very poor. I could not sleep for the first night. Asked to change room for the 2nd night, staff was understanding.
