The hotel had a great location but the rooms were smaller than expected especially for 3 guests. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately on our last day, we didn’t have hot water which made things very uncomfortable. Overall, it was an okay place to stay considering the price.

The location is excellent—definitely the hotel's biggest highlight. The room was decent, and the overall condition of the hotel was fine. The only downside was that the bathtub leaked. Despite that, I would still recommend staying here because of the great location.

Staff was excellent and did everything they could to help. The room had everything we needed but not as clean as we would have liked. We wanted a property in an older neighbourhood, unfortunately due to the heatwave the power was not able to keep up with the air conditioning and we had to change hotels. We messaged the hotel the day we were to arrive and their response was received a week after we had returned home.

Overall the place was very underwhelming and was not worth the price I paid for the whole stay. Poor value for the 4 nights we stayed. The conditions of the bathroom was rough and looked run down in some areas. Shower gel had no soap and was never refilled even though they cleaned our room multiple times. Stained bed sheets and pillow cases. Husband stepped on a piece of broken glass (not from us, we didn’t use their glasses). When I told reception and showed them a photo, they just brushed it off. The shower drain does not drain properly, and we had to stop the water multiple times to make sure the water doesn’t overflow. I could go on, but to summarize, don’t make the same mistake I did and just spend the extra money for a chain where you know the standards are more reliable.

We book a hotel room for 3 days with this hotel, unfortunately we are 2 days late due to flight cancellations and more. When we arrived we were place in a separate building from the hotel, it was a apartment. It was disgusting, dirty, filthy, and AC was not working. It was the worse place to stay, the room look like it wasn’t clean for days. The bathroom will room out of hot water while taking a shower. Anyway, I requested to be moved to a different room, it was denied because everything was overbooked. They sold my room I already paid to stay. Never coming back to this hotel and never recommending to anyone .

The location of this hotel is very convenient and near alot of cool stores and restaurants to choose from. The room is a decent size with a large washroom and comfortable bed. It is a small boutique hotel so they have a small elevator good enough to fit 2 people with 2 big luggage. Front desk staff are also very friendly. I also appreciate they lock the front door at night and can only be opened by your room key or a front desk staff for security. It's a quiet area and has an AC that finally works to 16°c.
