Room is small but good location

price not so cheap. It is near the supermarket , metro station and tower eiffel. Room is quite small but clean and feel comfortable.

Once is enough.....

When I saw the pictures of the rooms from website and thought it is decent, but when I actually got to the hotel and into the room...it was a totally different case. The room was so small, even I was stayed in a so called of "superior room" but really it was nothing superior at all and I didn't expect a 3 stars hotel to be like this. The cleanness was awful and the carpet have stain everywhere and it didn't take a genius to spot it. Also, the hotel wifi was poor too. I didn't expect to get a good speed so fair with it, but it disconnects very frequently with something like every 5 - 10mins. The worst was so diffcult to get connection, for a few nights and I couldn't connect to work on my emails. The only good thing about this hotel is the front desk staffs, all of them were very friendly. Especially the two ladies, both of them are very helpful and speak well in English. So, really the front desk staffs are the only part that I appreciated of this hotel.

There was road construction outside and they began very early before 7am which was not noted on site. Therefore was not able to get a full nights rest

Nice, quiet and friendly hotel. We loved the quirky decorations around the place. The street was quiet, with several restaurants nearby and just a short walk from the Trocadero Metro. Looking forward to a revisit.

I expressed to the staff that our shower was leaking and that it flooded the bathroom and a bit of the carpet. All they did was give us more towels! There is black mold everywhere in the room. The staff hardly spoke English,being a hotel you’d think they would.

Our family vacation was an excellent one. I would like to show my appreciation to the friendly staff. The hotel is well situated near the Eiffel Tower, the arc of Triumph and shopping places. Our room looks Newley renovated and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location 5 minute walk to Trocadero 15mins to Arc Du Triomphe! Lots of cafes and restaurants. Hotel reception staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was same each day but adequate. Tiny breakfast room but coped as open 7-10am. Everything feels tiny but our triple room was fine. It was cleaned daily and we could not fault the cleanliness. The decor needs a little tlc in places but everything clean which was fine by me. You really only spend time to sleep as so much to get out and see around the city. Metro was easy to navigate once we got the passes sorted. They are not using paper tickets anymore so you can reload the plastic pass. Also Luckily didn’t see many scammers .. and managed to avoid the ones we did see near Eiffel Tower near trocadero. Wonderful stay and would come back to this property again!

This is an older property with smaller rooms, tiny elevator, and steep stairs, but wonderfully friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, and a lovely breakfast buffet.
