This hotel is managed the nicest and friendlies person, the staff is also friendly, and they try to understand you even if you don't speak French. Lots of great dining, shopping is unbelievable, not even 2 blocks to the Metro. Very walkable area as well.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staffs are nice. The only problem is that it’s a bit noisy (due to traffic) at night. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Dear, We ask our guest to leave their room key to the reception because for safety in case of fire we need to know who is in and out of the hôtel, for the maid to be able to come in your room to clean it without disturbing you and to take message. J'ai déjà à plusieurs reprises donné mon avis sur cet hôtel. J'y séjourne régulièrement. Il me convient parfaitement. Actuellement en partie en rénovation. Je trouve que la qualité du petit déjeuner, s'est bien améliorée.

Honestly not that great
The hotel was in a nice and good location but the lobby was small and smelled like smoke. The elevator was very outdated and the single bed room was smaller than a decent sized walk in closet. The bathroom was updated. This would be a 1 star or two star at the maximum rating in the USA.

Dirty and outdated. Carpet was super old and worn out. Staff was not friendly and there is no air conditioning. The fan worked for couple of days then quit. Never recommend it to any one

Dear, We were very polite and helpful durant your stay. Anwering at all your questions and informations needed every day and every hours. Carpeting is a little bite old but it 's vacuumed every day and shampooed every two weeks. Best wishes.

Pas mal du tout.
J'ai déjà eu l'occasion de répondre à une enquête semblable. Je viens régulièrement dans cet hôtel, à proximité immédiate de la gare St. Lazare, lorsque je rends visite à mes enfants. Je trouve que le confort de la literie s'est amélioré ainsi que la qualité du petit déjeuner. L'accueil est cordial. Dans la mesure où mes séjours sont courts, cet hôtel répond bien à ma recherche. J'y reviendrai.

Decide after you read this
Dry Cobi Eng next to a lot of restaurants and the train station. Unfortunately it doesn’t allow u to eat in ur room or have a trash can in ur room. However they have a trash can in the bathroom. It’s tiny for a room and the lift only fits two ppl at a time or 1 person with suitcase. There is a weighing scale for ur luggage it’s just that it’s a person weight scale. The staff is nice and super helpful so if u need to ask something don’t hesitate to inquire it

サンラザール駅に近く、ロケーションは大変良い。マネージャーも日本語を幾分話すので、助かると思う。掃除もいつもしっかりしてある。ただ自分は、最上階の屋根裏部屋を客室に改造したような部屋に宿泊したため、換気が上手くできず、部屋の匂いがとても気になった。下の階までしかエレベーターがないため、チェックイン時とチェックアウト時には階段で荷物を運ぶ必要がある。匂い等気にならなければ、移動に便利なホテルであり、良いと思う。
