Nice staff, good location, the property is clean, the a/c works great. Overall a good pick to stay in Paris.
Hotel was a good pick. It was very basic. Loved the window view but there is significant street noise, sirens and people talking. The room is very cozy and staff were very friendly.
Lovely room with very comfortable queen size bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's now my go-to place in Paris!

Tiny but clean room. Very convenient walkable location to Paris city center / Eiffel Tower. Room rate was high comparing to other nearby similar condition hotel (such as the Alyss Cambrone). Very loud bangs whenever people shut their rooms' doors. Shower has "half" stall which does not prevent water splashing onto floor when taking shower - thus, ask for extra towels to dry the floor.

The hotel is poorly renovated, and quiet duty. Towels were old, stained and we even had one towel ripped. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of dinning options nearby.
Good suite for a family, 2 separate rooms , one bathroom, entry to the room was tough with narrow stairs, no elevator to go to my room (1st floor), needed to take about 15?stairs , with luggage it was difficult. Breakfast was ordinary. Staff was good.

So to be fair in overall the Hotel in a good location and I enjoyed the view from the window and it’s in a safe place and has many restaurants around it, But I had a bad experience in the hotel like there was no coffee in the room and their breakfast was not for free while it should have to be for free because I been in other hotels that offered free coffee and breakfast
And couple of times we asked for a coffee right in the front of the reception the guys told us it’s okay you can have coffee for free but there was a lady in the reception she yelled at us when we were making coffee from the coffee machine and told us that it’s not for free and we told her that the other guys told us it’s for free and one time it was late when we came back to the hotel and the hotel’s door was locked and we tried to ring the doorbell and knock on the door many times and we kept waiting for a long time and when the same lady came she opened the door and started screaming at us just because we were knocking on the door she was disrespectful and from what I know the hotels doors should be open 24/7
I don’t get it how the door was locked when we tried to enter it I think the crew of the hotel must be ashamed because we as residents of this hotel or in general hotels have the right to exit and to enter whenever we want without having a locked door
Anyway that’s my experience in this hotel.
We stayed in this hotel for two nights in October. Rooms 204 and 403. Out of the two rooms, 403 was the larger, and in better repair than 203. The people working here are helpful and friendly, the receptionists speak good English. Close to lots of bistros, restaurants and shops.
Pros
About a 5 min walk to the nearest metro, and bus stop, quite easy to navigate into the tourist areas.
Lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep.
Comfortable beds.
Tv, safe, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and a small fridge in the room.
Air conditioning.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Hot drinks station available in reception(but no milk)
Decent Wi-Fi.
Cons
A bit shabby and grubby for the price, £700 for two rooms for two nights.
No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms.
Very small bathroom, legs hit the door when sitting on the toilet. The shower was tiny! I had to turn sideways and squeeze in! I had to get out of the shower to wash my legs and feet!
Loose taps/door handles, few bulbs out here and there, dirty suspicious mark’s visible on walls and doors, broken ceiling tiles, shower door didn’t completely close, so wet bathroom floor.
Average/ basic continental breakfast, in the basement room, no lift to the breakfast room, it’s down a spiral staircase with low headroom.
Not a bad stay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Not even on par with a travelodge.
I loved the area, cleanliness of the room, bathroom facilities, closeness to eiffel tower, rue cler markets, all walkable, friendly staff, very helpful.
