Spent three nights at this well situated, tidy and quiet hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and although the rooms are small (which is very typical in Paris), the beds were comfy and the water was hot. Loved how you could walk to so many sights and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights. It was clean and quiet and good value for the price. The staff was very friendly. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that were a few minor maintenance things that could use some attention but nothing that really effected my stay in a negative way.

Staff very pleasant. Bathroom grout in room 2 had mildew around shower stall. Blow dryer gets very hot with minimal use. Did not notice air conditioning in room or heat control but overall hotel temperatures were great. Very quiet sleeps.

This was the 4th time we stayed at Hotel Marais de Launay, For us the location is perfect and the staff is always exceptionally friendly. We feel like it's our home away from home in Paris. This was the first time we stayed here with our 4 year old son. While booking i mentioned him and they gave us a quiet room facing the patio. Which was fantastic! Because this was our fourth time visiting, the hotel offered us free breakfast, it was a fresh and complete hotel breakfast which we really enjoyed. We will definitely visit more often in the future!
