Hotel with great location and helpful staff

This was my third stay at the same hotel in Paris. Hotel is just around the corner of Opera Garnier and Lafayette and hence very convenient to travellers for shopping or has any other commutation needs.Staff is very nice and helpful which makes my stay very enjoyable.

Stayed over 90 days at hotel every year, first time to learnt that if you dont place a card to inform the housekeeper to clear up the room they will just leave it as its! This time stayed eight nights to be honest they didnt make up my room on the third day as I back at the late evening therefore without raise the request but on the sixth days it happened again the front desk told me that I should place the card on the door and send a maid come up to di at at around 3 pmish... If its necessary to place the card outside the door so Im surpriding what about the rest days they come without my instruction placing the card outside of the door. Both Front desk and bell boy are so healpful, but one more thing the hotel is too dark and with poor ventilation. Last comment........ No second time!

Very good hotel with stable wifi

The hotel was much better than I expected in terms of tidiness and the quality of services it offered. I stayed for 3 nights and have got upgraded to a larger room though I booked for a single one. The wifi in room was stable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Paris!
