Beyond expectations! My room and bathroom were quite clean throughout my entire stay, which I absolutely liked - well, expect for the first day: two pillowcases were stained, but I took them off the pillows and the next day, I received clean ones and all was well. Moreover, the receptionists were so very kind and friendly.

This is an older building. It has its personality. We enjoyed our stay. We travel in September, the weather was cool, but I noticed there was NO AC, not sure how hot it can get in the summer time

An unpretentious, no-frills hotel with clean rooms. Friendly staff. The only massive inconvenience: the hotel does not accept luggage deposit on the day you check out! We were told to look for luggage storage somewhere else in the area. We ended up queueing for 45 mins at the luggage deposit at the Gare du Nord.

The hotel staff were very friendly I was given a room with a balcony which definitely helped me live out my Parisian dream. The location of the hotel is amazing, right by a metro and is about a 9 minute walk to the mall.
