The stay was rather pleasant, however the first two nights it was awfully cold and I had to ask for a blanket (none available in the room).

This hotel was wonderful. An easy two minute walk to the Convention Metro line that gets you anywhere in Paris with transfers. A Monoprix store next door was great for getting food and water. Several nice restaurants in the area made for a good dining experience. The best thing though is we had a ground floor room that had a table and chairs to enjoy a bottle of wine or evening drinks or even your morning coffee. Staff let us check in early and in the afternoon there were macaroons and tea in the lobby to enjoy. For the price we paid this room was a great deal. Next time I go to Paris we will stay here again.

We went to Paris to watch The Olympic Games. Due to that all hotels had increased the price severely. Our hotel was located okay, staff was friendly, but the room was way too expensive!!!

great staff! They were so lovely and welcoming, absolute delight to speak to :) the location is perfect, literally a one minute walk to the nearest metro. The hotel has lots of cafes and restaurants shops nearby and safe area, the rooms are cleaned daily and bathroom, bed and heating was perfect. The only thing i would say is the carpet is very old and if they change that i would gave overall 100% score but great value for money.

All we needed. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked. Tea, water and soft drinks were available as well as baggage hold after check out. I’m not sure about breakfast as it wasn’t offered to us, but I heard the front desk telling another customer about it. Very close to convention line on the metro

We had a room for 3 people. We were put out in the back and the stairway area leading to the room smelled moldy and mildew. There was a common sitting area outside our window and people would smoke which would filter up to our room and they would be out there half the night partying and keeping us awake. The staff was very nice and helpful. The area around the hotel was good with lots of places to eat and not far from the Metro.

The Staff were exceptional! Really nice, friendly and luckily able to communicate in numerous languages. One receptionist in particular was amazing, unfortunately I did not catch her name. Top stay for a very very reasonable price. 10/10

Front desk manager was wonderful! Had a box of chocolates waiting for us upon arrival. He let us check in a little early, as we were exhausted from an overnight flight and always offered to call us a taxi when we went out. However, we were quite close to the metro entrance as well as several dining options and bakeries (also shopping and services). It was very rainy, so we weren't able to enjoy the garden this time. But those visiting in spring will get to appreciate the birds and greenery from more than their window. Had enough of the European charm i craved but still the modern conveniences we needed. Would not hesitate to recommend or return.

We really enjoyed our stay here @ Abaca Messidor by Happyculture It was a very good experience. It was right next to Metro station "Convention", just 2 minutes walking distance and other transportation like bus, Bolt transportation ( BOLT Its app you need to download from Apple Store or Google Play Store works like Uber & Lyft fair price Taxi might be a little expensive but Metro was the best way of transportation and good price to buy Full day packages use it for the whole day) The room was small, but perfect for 2 people, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and gave us key chain of Paris Eiffel Tower as a welcome gesture. (Special staff called Feti he was a very nice guy who took a good care of us) I loved the big window with the huge double door.There was an electric kettle with 2 mugs and tea bags. Right next to the hotel is a huge super market they have food, drinks, clothes make-up, very good restaurant, Café, Pharmacy and We even have a chance to go to very good Ethiopian resturant called 'Habesha Ethiopian restaurant' 10-12 min walking distance Since i am from Ethiopian & my girl friend is from Brazil who lives in Dallas Tx, we love eating Ethiopian food & lot of French Italian food & good Wine to experience & other very good restaurants with walking distance, Eiffel Tower & Museums other beautiful sites are very close to the hotel 30-45 minute with Metro to visit. Room was well maintained, bed was comfortable and really appreciated the

Do not go to this place with your family. I booked this place for 2 nights with my elderly grandmother and they put us in a non-accessible room on the 4th floor! THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR to get to the room. My grandmother has mobility issues and had extreme difficulty climbing the several sets of stairs. We asked the front desk for help with this and they just said that there were no other rooms available for families. THE ADVERT says that there is an elevator, but this is not the case for all rooms. The staff is terrible, rude and unprepared. We arrived at the hotel to check in at 2:40 pm and were told that our room would only be ready after 3:30 pm. The furniture is old, the hallways are horrible and smelly. The reception staff barely speaks English. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast, which, although the same every day, was good and the kitchen staff was friendly. I do not recommend this place. They do not care about their customers.
