Good hotel choice : outstanding concierge service
Good value for money. First, very impressed with the concierge service. Staff had been very helpful, downloading inforamtion from websites and advising on transport options. Tourists really need this level of service as we do not speak French, and this makes the service of Hilton La Defense stand out. On location, it is actually convenient to travel on RER A or M1, taking one to the key tourist attractions. I had stayed here a couple of times, and will continue to choose it.

Fantastic service.
The front desk is very kind and helpful. During our trip, we got pick-pocketed and the staff were kind and promptly handled the situation very well, especially the concierge, Jean Charles Radama. He is professional and speaks fluent English and French. He not only helped us translate, but also accompanied us to the police station...helping us with all the paperwork and communicating with the French police officers. He stayed with us for 3 hours. I am grateful for the the front desk staff, and especially to the concierge, Jean Charles Radama. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and I will definitely stay here one more time if I come to Paris again!

Things started to go wrong from the moment I got to the Hilton (which is inside a shopping centre called CNIT). I arrived later than expected (around 9.30pm) but the CNIT closes at 9 so the main entrance (with signed for the Hilton) was locked and no other signs anywhere to show where to do or what to do! After 20 minutes of looking around, I had to give up and call the hotel to be given instructions of how to go through the construction ground to find a side entrance with a small sign to press a button to call the hotel so they can open the door! WHY! It shouldn't be this hard just to get in! Once in all went as expected. Checked in, went to the room number 210 (odd room with a Gym in it - See Pics). View from the window of the construction outside I walked thought to get to the Hilton. Went to bed, then at around 3:30 am, the noise started from the guys doing the construction outside my window! 3:30 AM - Are they mad? Do they not know its a hotel with people trying to sleep! Needles to say, that was the last of my sleep, and the hotel said I was "unlucky" and they "cant help what time the workers starts" as its not them doing it! Well, that makes it OK with me - NOT! £200+ to have a crappie night sleep!?! This was my first time in the Hilton here, and my last time. I come monthly to La Defense and I normally stay at the Renaissance nearby and its far far better all round. If only it hadn't been fully booked, I would have stayed there this time too :(

I like the area because is safe and quiet but I didn’t like when you come at night they closed the acces to the hotel at 8:00 pm because is inside de Mall and the only entrance is by where the taxis are very inconvenient if you come after 8:00 pm and want to use the metro line

Very disappointed in Hilton
I had to change rooms, because they put me in a room next to a construction crew that started working at 9am. After, I call the front desk to complain they moved me to around room. The air condition in this made this very annoying sound every 5 minutes all night long. We got no sleep.

El hotel lo estaban reparando, la gente de recepción en una mesita con todo desordenado y con mal trato; la limpieza fatal, el cuarto lo hacían a medias, no quitaban la basura del cuarto o baño y no limpiaban el piso del baño. Dejaron un chicle pegado en la taza del baño y nos ponían agua para tomar unos días y otros no, muy caro no se si por la temporada pero no los vale y la comida el mismo tema …fea y cara No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto

déjà, l'hôtel est en travaux... un chantier en cours au pied de l'hôtel - vue directe sur les gravats et engins de manutention - bruit constant de 8h à 17h les couloirs viennent d'être repeints (odeur jusque dans les chambres) mais nous nous en accommodons afin de profiter de notre séjour dans une chaîne luxueuse... malheureusement que de renom... le manque d'hospitalité est juste effarant : arrivée dans le hall, nous sommes accueilli par la cheffe de salle du restaurant : c'est pour quoi ? Même pas un bonjour ou un bienvenu... incroyable pour un hôtel de ce niveau. sinon, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Encore une fois, si à 9h50, on ne nous faisons pas comprendre qu'à 10h pile, il faut partir... Bref, pour 300€ la nuit, à éviter !!!
