Generally found this to be a nice hotel, in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the area is quiet and safe, while being close to the Arc, the Champs-Elysees and a metro station. There are several good food options nearby as well. Villa Sophia was an favourite for us. If you want to experience fine dining, the nearby Four Seasons hotel has 3 Michelin-starred restaurants- we tried Le George and it did not disappoint!
Our only issue was with the air conditioning in our room - it seemed to go off every night at around 11 pm, and not even the fan would run. As a result, the room got very warm (24’C) and stuffy by midnight. There was no way for us to correct this in the room, and until our last night, it couldn’t be corrected by the night staff either.
It would come back on around 10 every morning.
That being said, it does seem they sorted it out by our last night.
