I really enjoyed my stay at Le Grand Hôtel Gobelins. Well placed in the 5th with easy metro access. The staff was outstanding and could not have been more congenial and helpful. Though my room was small and needed a bit of a refresher, it was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Great air conditioning to help with the ongoing heat wave! Thank you for a lovely visit. I’ll be back!

Fantastic location with lots of local amenities close by. Staff were all courteous and helpful. We booked a "suite" which should not be advertised as such - children slept on a well worn squeaky sofa bed which, when fully extended, left a tiny amount of room to walk by to bathroom facilities. Shower was great and we were given plenty of towels. Fridge and safe in the master bedroom were good additions. Hotel is old but has character and the quirkiness was interesting.

Very cute boutique hotel. The room was small but tidy and clean. The noise did carry up from the street but it was never very busy. Occasionally we heard our neighbors but we just used a white noise app and it was enough to mask the few noises we heard. The bathroom was clean and the shower was awesome! We were on the 5th floor on some very hot days and the air conditioning worked perfect! This hotel is in the quieter part of the 5th arrondissement. There was a livelier more touristy area closer to the Seine River, about a 15 minute walk from us. We appreciated our quieter area with great restaurants nearby. This location is walking distance to 2 of the main metro stations that we used regularly in our daily sightseeing outings. I’m sure there were more nearby that we never used. Most noteworthy, the staff were all so kind and helpful. The front desk attendant was always so friendly and always greeted us with a smile. I would definitely stay here again!
