Bed sheets were not changed daily. Had to ask for soap refill. Dust bunnies under the bed. Mold on bed sheets and when I asked them to be changed I was told not until the morning. Room was tiny.

Was under construction. Rooms were extremely tiny/very tight. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels not even a hand towel. You had to carry suitcases up narrow, turning steps. Was a small lift, but you still had to carry your suitcases up steps after getting out of the lift.

Our family room the beds were so close together you could hardly walk around or get in your suitcase. The bathroom was so small you could wash your hands while using the toilet. The construction was going on in the main lobby and there were people getting stuff outside our room and looking in. It made it difficult to get out bags past the people painting in the lobby. We paid a lot for nothing.

The front office staff were phenomenal. The gentleman in the evenings was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and personable. The women during the days was extremely helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. The staff made the hotel 5 star. I wish I had gotten there names.
