A very simple hotel in the Bastille. Our room was clean and served our needs. The metro was right at the end of the street and there were a lot of shops and places to eat. It's absolutely fine for the price you pay. Staff was super friendly.

- photos on hotels.com and real experience, vastly different. Hotel undergoing renovation, the photos I guess are of the renovated rooms - I didn't get one of those! Rooms very tired and dated. - poor sound insulation, you hear a lot of door slamming, chair scraping etc. - It was clean! - Staff were friendly

The receptionist who checked us in was exceptional. So friendly, so knowledgeable and welcoming. The room itself was lovely although outdated. If you looking for a spot to kip for a couple of nights, this does the job.

The staff is very kind and attentive. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is excellent. Rating 4 stars due to the size of the shower that can barely accommodate an average sized adult - I’m 5’6”, 185 lbs, and could not turn around without bumping the knobs and shutting off the shower.

Friendly greeting in the 11th

We arrived early. The man at the desk couldn’t have been friendlier. We checked into a small room with a large window that opened from the 6th floor overlooking the busy street below. Overall I give this hotel high marks. It has great value for the price & the staff makes you feel special. Also, very good location. Love the 11th.

Great Stay!

Our stay was great! The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected and there was no air conditioning, but for the price we received excellent service, a nice breakfast, and pleasant accomodations.

This is the only hotel I stay in while visiting the city of Paris and I come several times each year.

The nearest bakery was good. It was also nice that it was only a 1-2 minute walk from the station. The room is small and there is no refrigerator. The shower room is so small that it is difficult to move, and the hair dryer was useless. Also, the closet doors and the hangers were broken.

The property is perfectly located at the end of charonne street just facing the metro station. Although the interiors are old and not modern, the rooms are spacious and include all what someone needs for a comfortable stay.
