整體中等，但不會再到這間酒店
地點很近地鐵站，但要注意巴黎人罷工時間，如果罷工，這個地鐵站就會距離景點很遠。酒店員工服務比較差，前台人員嘴臉臭爆，可能這是巴黎人的習慣。 房間有毛巾，但沒牙刷剃鬚刀等等梳洗物品，旅客要自備！

地點非常方便，樓下有很多餐廳及超市，可以步行去老佛爺，步行幾分鐘就到達地鐵站 酒店有廚房，可以煮食，感覺很好。 員工有禮貌。 唯一是如果要清潔房間的話要額外收費，不會每天有職員來執房間！

Convenient and good quality apartment
Nice staff with good service. Rooms are big and tidy, comfortable bed and efficient kitchen. Near Metro station, lots of restaurant around. Free hot beverage machine, it is perfect to have a hot drinks when you return from the cold night in Paris. My family enjoy the stay here.

第一次同老公黎法國2 人世界, 見網上呢間酒店好評如潮所以住左呢間！ 估唔到酒店都會有開放式廚房又微波爐仲有餐具, 房又夠大, 好正！ 前台服務人員態度有善， 酒店附近又有超市, 近地鐵站超方便， 係花灑水力唔夠， 同埋住左幾日因為酒店話清潔房間要17/ 28 歐羅所以一直都無清潔房係門口掛左請勿打擾牌， 但無唸過最後個晚清潔人員會入去打掃房間， 但好彩無收額外費用， 記得自備牙刷會比較好！

Good location
I booked a family room of 4 persons. When I arrived at the hotel they said that the room is leaky and provided me two studio flats instead. The facilities are all right ,especially the kitchens. The staff are helpful in provided maintenance services, as one of the flat is power out when we cooked. They restore the power quickly. We enjoyed our stay at very much. One minor thing is that they are doing a renovation at the first and second floor which made the lift dirty.

room design very strange, bedroom extremely small, the space for a mini-kitchen was ridiculous; the only elevator was always occupied by renovation workers; and reception staff no smile and not helpful except one young lady with brown hair; the worst thing is, no room service and change of towels, etc. unless with extra pay, I did not notice such conditions before booking, other users please take note of this; while shower gel or bath salt were provided for free, no tooth brush and toothpaste which costed me over 10 euros from a nearby pharmacy, I'd rather they provide tooth brush and tooth paste instead of bath salt, crazy.

2名で初めて利用しました。部屋は十分なほど広く、清潔感もありました。キッチンや食器類があるのも非常に助かりました。スタッフの方の対応もとてもよくまた利用したいと思うのと同時に周りにもオススメしたいと思いました！ シャワー、トイレは別でしたが、シャワーと洗面所の仕切りが少々短く、やや隙間もあり洗面所の方に水が漏れてしまうのは少し気になりましたが、タオル類は自分たちで倉庫から好きに持っていけるので沢山敷いておけば問題ないです。立地もよく、観光にはとても助かります。 総合的にとても満足しており、高評価です！！

I really like that they offer all the services of a hotel with an appartment. Supermarket very close. One room but very nice distribution, which makes that function as a two bedrooms. My sister and I were going to both London and Paris. I was looking for a hotel with a kitchenette. I found the Citadines in Trafalger Square and looked for same company in Paris. Unfortunately, when I looked, all the locations did not come up, or I would not have chosen the Citadines Oprea House. I would have chosen one more centrally located. Having said that, the staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was big enough and had the conveniences we were looking for. At first glance the room looked clean enough, but when I knocked a glass of water off the nightstand and swiped it up, the floor under the bed was dirty. Overall our stay was fine.

Staffs are nice and helpful. Location is great. Walking distance to most part of the tourist spots. Room was not completely equipped before my late checkin though: no tissue box, no body shower gel, no dish detergent, and dishwasher front panel was missing. I had to go down to front desk several times to collect most items. Continental breakfast is fine but pricey though. Besides the hiccups on the first two nights, our stay was pleasant because of its location and their nice staffs. I’ll certainly recommend to visitors who are handy.
