The apartment was spacious for the three of us. Everything was clean and the sleeper sofa was comfortable. The front desk staff were multilingual and very welcoming. The espresso/cappuccino/ coffee machine in the lobby was very convenient and offered many options. I was able to do a load of laundry at 10 pm the night before we checked out. I would happily return to this hotel/apartment

Clean and unpretentious apartment hotel at a reasonable price for Paris. Lidl a few doors away and good boulangerie close to Montparnasse tower. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Only negatives were lack of tea or coffee sachets in room, though coffee machine beside reception, and bashed my head a couple of times on sticking out cooker hood, but you soon learn!!

This is a fine place to stay in Paris. Steps from the Gare Montparnasse which just gives you easy access to the whole city. It is in a nice neighbourhood, lots of shopping and food options. And while far enough away from the bustle it still has a great vibe. The rooms are SMALL but functional and clean and the kitchenette is super handy. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Studio apartment hotel near Gare Montparnasse in Paris. Besides the train station, 4 subway stations/lines within 5 minutes walk. Basic but functional, with what you need for a kitchenette on a short stay. With the kitchen and small dining table, room size was good for Paris. Strong shower. Wifi was solid too.

We stayed in a studio room for 16 days. It was a wonderful place and we would stay there again. The rooms are clean and efficiently set up. There is a Food Society across the street, an LIDL down the block, the trains are close, and lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel offers 24 hr coffees, teas, and water for your bottle. A washer/dryer are available for a fee and using their app. Electricity turns on when you put your room key into the slot inside the door..we appreciated the conservation. The rooms aren't cleaned daily but if extra towels, toilet paper, or soap is needed, a closet on the main floor has extras for use. The first part of our stay was a room facing the street. I did find it to be noisy and too warm...we are Canadian so appreciate fresh air and a cooler room. We asked for a change in room to the other side of the building and they accomplished us. What an absolute paradise!! Our room overlooked the courtyard with trees, birds, other foliage, and was much cooler. The view of old buildings was wonderful! The hotel can't help the street view or noise but if you have a chance to request a courtyard room, get it! Thank you for making our stay so great!

The kitchen in the studio unit comes with the loss of space everywhere else in the room. It’s VERY tight. The location across from the train station is highly convenient. It’s also very busy. The busyness drops off about three blocks east of the hotel; areas south of hotel are a nice walk,too.
