Room was comfortable and super clean. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Location is convenient to Gare Montparnasse and lots of great restaurants. Breakfast is available for purchase and coffee is free!

The apartment was spacious for the three of us. Everything was clean and the sleeper sofa was comfortable. The front desk staff were multilingual and very welcoming. The espresso/cappuccino/ coffee machine in the lobby was very convenient and offered many options. I was able to do a load of laundry at 10 pm the night before we checked out. I would happily return to this hotel/apartment

Clean and unpretentious apartment hotel at a reasonable price for Paris. Lidl a few doors away and good boulangerie close to Montparnasse tower. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Only negatives were lack of tea or coffee sachets in room, though coffee machine beside reception, and bashed my head a couple of times on sticking out cooker hood, but you soon learn!!

We had a very enjoyable 12 night stay. The reception desk was always courteous and helpful. Especially liked the filtered water service and coffee machine in the lobby. A Metro station was a short walk from the hotel.

Had a great stay in this hotel with my teenagers on our city break to Paris. The staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and a great size, really good value for money, and only 15mins or so via Metro to the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Studio apartment hotel near Gare Montparnasse in Paris. Besides the train station, 4 subway stations/lines within 5 minutes walk. Basic but functional, with what you need for a kitchenette on a short stay. With the kitchen and small dining table, room size was good for Paris. Strong shower. Wifi was solid too.
