special experience
facilities are good room is cozy and comfortable nearby environment is peaceful location is perfect, which is very close to the metro, 5 min walk plus there's a local market downstair which you can buy some oysters, seafood, fruits and etc in a good price. but the room registration and management were not well organized. i checked in officially on my first day and then they could mix up the record and send their other customers to my room AT NIGHT, which let that person to open my door straight away without knocked the door. Luckily, i stayed close to the door at that moment and so i could stop that. it's really shocked me. although the manager has apologized many times, this kind of mistakes should not happen. on the other hand, they took correction fast and the stay of my balance days were safe and good. i'd like to give my second chance to them on my next trip. except that bad experience, this hotel is perfect to me.

This hotel is rather far from Paris city center but has very convenient transit to go anywhere in Paris. The staff here is very helpful and welcoming. I have really enjoyed my stay.

My wife & I stayed here for a long weekend while I was taking part in the Paris marathon. The hotel itself is in a great location for everything you need. The staff our kind, welcoming and couldn’t do more for us. If we ever find ourselves in Paris again we will definitely be staying here.

Super staff and very nice breakfast. Not a great amount of choice but perfectly adequate. The area of Clichy served us well as we wished to visit the nearby Commonwealth graves. Paris metro gets you almost to the door at Mairie de Clichy.

Das Hotel ist in einem ruhigen Vorort von Paris. Das Zentrum ist mit der Metro oder dem Bus allerdings sehr einfach zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war sehr klein, dafür mit einem großen Bad. Mit dem Bett war ich zufrieden. Bequem und sauber. In der näheren Umgebung des Hotels gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, gute Restaurants und Cafés.

Very pleasant 3 star place. Lovely room, although with only one smallish window. The staff are sharp and helpful - I especially liked how, after a long day of travel, the girl checked us in in about 25 seconds flat. 30 mins taxi from the Central area.

Bon hôtel, propre et confortable, proche du métro
Nous avons passé un bon séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel situé à 5 min à pied du métro 13. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, nous n'avons presque rien entendu malgré l'installation du marché juste sous nos fenêtres le samedi et dimanche matin. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner. Quelques retouches à faire dans la salle de bains : pommeau de douche ne pouvant être accroché car la fixation est cassée, porte de douche qui ne ferme pas bien car elle est descendue.

Nuit lunaire, je ne pensais pas que cela pouvait exister. En pleine nuit à 1H20 du matin j'ai été réveillé par la réception, un membre du personnel me demandant de venir régler ma chambre. Je n'avais jamais vu cela au préalable. Dans tous les hotels du monde on paye soit en arrivant soit en partant mais dans celui-ci a priori c'est au milieu de la nuit. Ensuite impossible de se rendormir bilan nuit blanche à 142€ on peut appeler cela une expérience exceptionnelle.
