This accommodation is somewhat falsely advertised; it is someone renting out the rooms in their apartment while they sleep in the lounge (which is quite cluttered). The room and bathroom/toilet was clean, but we were provided with bath mats instead of towels and the duvet did not have a cover on it. The host was friendly and helpful with parking, but the whole situation was very unexpected and he told us he managed several apartments of accommodation in the building and had to stay because guests don't pay a guarantee so he needed to make sure we didn't party or make too much noise. Then he was playing music and talking on the phone late into the night! Overall it was a strange experience but the room was clean and the bedroom door lockable, so it was fine for a night I guess?

The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. This was unexpected. -The bathroom was not cleaned before our arrival. Not by any means a gross bathroom to use but again, was expecting a recently cleaned space. -There was no toilet paper, we had to go buy our own. -The hot water was non-operational "due to maintenance" for the first 24 hours of our stay. It did come back on by the second day but a heads up would have been appropriate. Overall, you are pretty much getting what you’re paying for. The property itself has very high potential but the unexpected factors made me a bit nervous on this stay.
