Bad holiday experience
Vår 5 dagars semester var inte tänkt som vi önskade för en 5-stjärnig hotel.
Dåligt att ta se runt i hotellet om man har barn vagn. Vi fick inte plats i hissen och i rummet.
Man fick handla själv från supermarket snack, dryck etc för att ha i minibaren.
För rumservices så skulle man betala 8€/gång.
Vi kunde inte äta i lugnt och ro våran frukost/middag pga att det fanns många getingar.
Hotellet har ingen spa avdelning.
Service var alltid stressande och irriterande. Vi fick själv bära upp och ner våran väskor vid check in och check out.
Stranden var bra.

A 5* experience
This hotel completely matches expectations. A modern, functional hotel, a good offering at breakfast, halfboard comes in buffet-style (which to be honest we prefer not to book if B&B only avaiable as dining in the Greek tavernas simply is so much more holidayish). The employees are really outstanding with regards to guest services. Definitely a place where one can spend a relaxing, lovely holiday in one of the beautiful an bays of Parga.

Amazing nature and great hotel.
This is a wonderful hotel in all respects. The scenery is amazing and so is the hotel in general. What makes it stand out is the extraordinary customer service provided by all hotel staff. Well done ! Friendly, warm and efficient. We were truly impressed!

A beautiful hotel right next to the beach
A beautiful hotel with lovely staff right on Lichnos beach foreshore. The rooms were beautifully presented with a choice of pillows, we had a suite which was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and the hotel even included a regular shuttle bus into Parga town. A very enjoyable stay!
