「I loved the aesthetic of the resort. The theme was very cute. The rooms were clean and very spacious. I would say there are a few things they could use improvements on. Microwaves in the room would be a basic need for most families, and if they aren’t offering in room microwaves, there should at least be one on the property for guests. 「As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. We had no issue with that, we did not want our room cleaned. We just needed one of the beds to have clean sheets because it was soiled and unsanitary to sleep in. The woman at the...
