There were bugs constantly appearing on the bed, and when I reported this issue to the hotel staff, they responded by saying the bugs were harmless and had no intention of addressing the problem. Such an attitude towards customer service is completely unacceptable. It was absolutely disgusting to see bugs crawling out of the bed repeatedly. 「清潔工作做的很好，員工的服務態度誠肯，提供的建議也有帮肋。附近有超市，只是不知是因為我們住的時候是假日的關係還是別府原因，经常不開。另外離地鐵站遠些，步行要10多分鐘。」

「An amazing place to stay if you are visiting Milan for a short break. 11 stops on the tube directly from the airport to the hotel. The Tube stop is a 3 minute walk from the hotel location! 15 minute walk to the centre where the cathedral is, and 15 minutes to Navalgi where the night life is. Absolutely perfect. Clean and spacious. Take your own iron though!」

「They did not have the air conditioning turned on and said the service man had not come to change it over. Even though it was the end of April and clearly needed by then. My 89-year-old mother's door lock jammed, and she was trapped in her room. I had to go get the staff to unlock the door. I asked for a key but each room only had one key. The staff member actually walked into the room, closed the door, while my mother and I were in the room, and tried to open it herself. We almost did...

「Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel. Communication with the staff was smooth and efficient, and everything was well explained. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient with easy access to transportation. The only downsides were that there were no toiletries provided, such as shower gel or shampoo, and there was no luggage storage service available. Other than these minor issues, the experience was positive.」
