Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!

Morgens freut man sich auf ein fantastisches Frühstück, man genießt die tolle Umgebung, den Pool und das Spa sind herausragend, das Abendessen einfach sehr köstlich und nach dem einen oder anderen Glas Wein freut man sich auf das schöne Zimmer mit einem sehr guten Bett. Die Inhaber und ihr Personal ausserordentlich freundlich, Sonderwünsche wurden gerne entgegengenommen. Es bleibt nur zu sagen, ein toller Aufenthalt, besser geht nicht, gerne wieder.

In diesem Hotel paßt alles. Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken hat alles bestens geklappt. Das gesamte Personal sowie das gesamte Haus läßt keinen Wunsch offen. Wir haben uns eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Noch mals besten Dank an das gesamte Team einschließlich Inhabern.

Hotel curatissimo e in posizione davvero amena, vicinissimo a Merano ma lontano dalla confusione, regala una pausa di vero relax. Tutto perfetto, natura bellissima, accoglienza gentilissima, ci è stato persino offerto un upgrade in una suite che si affacciava su un delizioso giardinetto . Un posto dove assolutamente tornare

Die Höflichkeit an der Rezeption

Die Höflichkeit (der jüngeren Dame) an der Rezeption haben wir doch teilweise vermisst. Beispielsweise bei unserer Ankunft und beim Bezahlen der Rechnung hätten wir doch etwas mehr Freundlichkeit erwartet wie zBsp. "Danke, dass Sie bei uns Gast waren" oder "Wie hat es Ihnen gefallen bei uns?" Das sind wir uns eigentlich von anderen Wellness-Hotels gewohnt. Eigentlich schade, weil das übrige Personal doch immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist.

Insgesamt stimmt Preis-/Leistung nicht, ist zu teuer. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Schade das die Terrasse des Restaurants auf der Seite der viel befahrenen Strasse liegt.
