「Such an amazing experience to stay at this B&B, the owner was so helpful and nice to gave our detail guide to parking garage, recommended a wonderful Michelin restaurant for dinner, and of course the breakfast was far better than expected, there were so many food choices. 」

「We rented a car and drove from Siracusa, with stops in surprisingly beautiful Noto and historic Modica before arriving in Ragusa, one of the most beautifully situated cities anywhere! I chose the Itria Palace due to it's location and with our having a car, parking was an issue. Right next to the hotel is a free public parking lot with plenty of spaces. And, there is a ramp to the hotel's lower entrance. We were housed in the hotel's annex located across the street, which is lovely, the rooms...

「We had a lovely two night stay here. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We planned to take a train to Ragusa and they took us to the train. Unfortunately the train wasn’t running(beware trains in Silicy!). Salvo came back and got us and then they got us a car service with fifteen minutes. Incredible! Yeah to Salvo and the entire staff.」

「Prachtige locatie en wonderschone omgeving. We hadden een zeer ruime studio met tuin en zicht op speeltuin en zwembad. De tuin was zeer smaakvol met oa olijfbomen, citrusvruchten, rozen en jasmijn. Er was veel ruimte, stijl en rust. En dat terwijl kids gewoon konden spelen. Ideaal voor een gezin. En wandelen in de cavagrande (super mooie kloof met meertjes - actieve en zeer kooie wandeling) is binnen 30 mns te bereiken. Het leuke plaatsje Noto ook dichtbij. En heerlijk ontbijt. 」

「Location: Excellent, on Ortigia island but close to mainland. Near open air market & many good restaurants. Facilities: Common areas are superb & luxurious. Room is OK, not great. Bathroom too small, especially shower, which also leaks after each use. Service: At breakfast, service is excellent. Housekeeping is OK, sometimes good, sometimes a bit off. Food: Judging from breakfast, restaurant probably very good. In conclusion: If the bathroom was larger and better, it would truly be a 5-star...

「Even before we walked in the door, the staff had begun to demonstrate the superior level of their service. Parking even our tiny car was a challenge due to the narrow street, but two of the staff arrived almost simultaneously and got us parked with ease. Superior service continued with each member of the staff and management, making our stay easy and most enjoyable. 「Good location in centre of town opposite cathedral though a bit awkward parking outside hotel whilst checking in. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast in ornate ballroom. Booked a deluxe room but it was a bit dated and small, quite dark with a modular plastic shower unit. 」

「We liked the hotel and choose it for it's size of the rooms which are hard t find in the area. Proximity from here to Modica/Ragusa was also great and why we picked it. Breakfast was nice since there arent many options very close but there was a charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful but some didnt speak English very well so patience is key or better to know some Italian! We booked their largest room which was a nice size but the bathroom was very small even by Italian standards. Furniture...
