「This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted. 「The room and hotel is generally clean but perhaps some parts can do with being refreshed. For example the room carpet could do with a shampoo and a lick of paint here and there. But all the staff were very friendly and very polite and helpful too. Highly recommended.」

「Our room was excellent - recently decorated with good facilities - our only problem was with the shower (no instructions). We had an evening meal which was very well presented. No breakfast available but there are coffee shops and cafes in the village. The staff were very helpful. We would happily stay here again.」
