「Very basic, sheets were a little stained and ripped. WIFI didnt work, cups in the room but no kettle just a hot water butt on the landing. OK location and could access the lake in a small area outside the hotel. Staff had no interest in helping, didnt even tell us WIF8 password (not that we could use it) or breakfast times. someone did knock 」

「Was unable to sleep due to villa being so close to main road, was not helped by having window panels missing. No pool, no English tv stations, no WiFi. Location so remote needed to hire motor bike every day 」

「I didn't like the fact that when I reserved the room online that it didn't come with a private bathroom. I then upgraded ar a huge price difference to a room that was designed for a person less than 5' tall. I had to stoop so low to enter and even to walk around in the room. I hit my head 5 times while entering and exiting the room 」
