"Very basic, sheets were a little stained and ripped. WIFI didnt work, cups in the room but no kettle just a hot water butt on the landing. OK location and could access the lake in a small area outside the hotel. Staff had no interest in helping, didnt even tell us WIF8 password (not that we could use it) or breakfast times. someone did knock "
