The staff were very kind and caring, the pool and green areas were ok, it was all inclusive, the food and drinks were average... The property needs a total remodeling of its facilities, the hot tub and tennis court were completely abandoned as other buildings too. The property needs a power plant with urgency because the power outages in the area.

Pues muy decepcionante… la comida con una variedad mínima. Se termina rápido y no reponen… en el bar solo hay un par de bebidas disponibles por lo que pagas un tod incluido excepto casi todo…. Hotel semi abandonado y con una imagen pésima. Nada recomendable y muy caro para la calidad que da. Ni siquiera el personal se encuentra motivado. No hay nada bueno que destacar, para estar así mejor que lo cierren. Es una estafa

Yo fui cliente regular de Hesperia Playa el Agua y Hesperia Margarita en Playa Manzanillo en los 90 e inicios de 2000 a 2005. Lastimosamente desde las habitaciones hasta las piscinas las comidas y la ambientacion en general estaban en el nivel de un hotel dos estrellas con tres comidas. Me siento estafada la verdad. Al menos deberian ser honestos y no cobrar mas de 50 dolares por habitacion dos personas con todo incluido.

Hôtel bien placé en face de la plage. Grand parc, 5 piscines. Personnel très sympa, serviable, animation 3 fois par jour. Buffet très bien, varié. L’hôtel en lui même est un peu vieillot, mais entretenu et agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Si no es por el personal todo se viene abajo. La ate cion es lo que lo hace diferente a lo decadente que está en general las instalaciones. No piensan en que los niños comen diferente que no comen picante. Gracias a dios el personal prestó atención y hicieron algo especial para los niños presentes. Mucho mantenimiento y cuidados para poder recibir turistas.
