"The room was really nice. I am a housekeeper myself so I accidentally find myself looking for things that are not up to standards. It looked very clean when you first walk in. But as I started looking, I noticed the floor wasn't vacuumed, I found a huge hair clip right on the floor next to the bed and night stand, the toilet had a hair on the seat, and a few smudges on the faucets and mirrors. I'm not trying to complain, but all that is a no no where I work. It's a beautiful hotel though. It needs a indoor pool for sure. "

"Room was in decent shape and it was close to the mall. However I waited over 20mins to get checked in, had to double park while checking in because the main lot is behind a gate, and the elevator was out so had to take stairs to 3rd floor. Hotel lobby and hallways smelled of smoke and room key loses programming when in purse next to cell phone. "
