「Lovely hotel in a lovely setting, with a nice pool area. Our room was big with a comfy bed, and had a balcony which was nice for sitting out in the evenings. Good choices at breakfast and the restaurant was excellent for both lunch and dinner. Staff very friendly. Hotel is an easy 10 min walk to the beach (hotel runs a shuttle bus but we didn’t use it), the beach was nice and clean and quiet, and special mention to the beach staff who were very helpful and friendly. 「Room was nice and clean. Had great breakfast variety and the staff was really nice and attentive. I tried to book a massage but because it is a third party company it takes time to book so the reservation after 4 tries could not be done. Nonetheless the other spa spaces are clean and great. Paola, was really sweet and caring. She made sure to explain the amenities properly and gave great and truthful recommendations of places and things to do.」

「Pine Cliffs Gardens is a beautiful property. The grounds, gardens, beach and accommodations are lovely, and the resort itself has so much potential. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was deplorable. The food was consistently poor, the service was unacceptable, and the prices were outrageous for the quality provided. We are happy to pay premium prices when the food and service justify it, but that simply wasn’t the case here. For a resort positioning itself at this level, the restaurants...
