「hotel with good and bad things. Good - location, cleanliness, order. Not good - staff in dining room, explanation of hotel facilities at check-in, basic shower room ,not even body lotion . The hotel staff is charming and attentive, except for the dining room workers! We took half board and do not serve drinks at dinner to those on half board. Not even water!!! This needs to be fixed quickly! Other than that, overall a good hotel. 」

「Nice property with children pool and nice adult pools as well. The food was really really good! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. The only 2 disadvantages we had were that no one told us the kids club is completely closed in September and that there were many fire ants around the pool- once we said it to the staff I think they sprayed the area and couple of days later it became a bit better. 」

「We enjoyed a week at Artemis Cynthia resort. The apartment was clean and a good size. The pools were lovely and quiet. Check in was easy and the free parking helpful. We walked down to the harbour and to the old town - fine for us but a mile ISH so may put some off. Hot water was an issue (lack of) and the beds weren't great (reported on day 1 but no action or solution offered ). Overall, recommended. 」
