The only downside was how rude the dinner staff was one night when the entire room was empty and I asked to use an extra chair for my purse, as they didn’t have a purse stool. 200 empty chairs and the one I used was taken away… But, other than that we had an amazing time and really enjoyed the resort/other staff!」

Approximately a 20 min stroll to the harbour area where there’s bars and restaurants. Airport shuttle needs to be booked 48 hours in advance, the form for this is on their website before arrival, fill out a paper form from reception for your return. 「⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Stay My experience at Venus Beach Hotel was extremely unpleasant. A staff member named Sofia spoke to me rudely at breakfast when I politely asked where the cutlery was. She told me I “cannot sit over that side” and then publicly commented that I needed to “dress properly,” even though I had a blouse over my bikini and was never told about any dress code. I would have happily abided by any dress code. It was humiliating and made me uncomfortable returning to breakfast...

「The breakfast was very varied and each dish was flavourful. Each evening we entered our room, it was freshly cleaned with some complimentary chocolates. Also, the beach view was completely unobstructed and the staff were quite friendly and welcoming.」

「The toilet didn't have a hook, apart from one holding a handtowel. Further, the kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. No microwave , nor washing liquid or tea-towel or paper-roll. It was a bit chilly, but there was no central heating either. Not very happy with the hotel. I don't think I'd recommend it to anybody. 」

「Das Zimmer war für den Preis okay. Das Bad hatte einige Mängel (defekte WC Papier Halterung, WC- Brille defekt, schlechte Raumlüftung). Auch im Zimmer ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Knöpfe beim Toaster kaputt, schwarze Flecken an den Wänden..). Mängel wurden dem Personal beim Auschecken mitgeteilt und wurden zur Kenntnis genommen.
