Had a fantastic stay at NYX Cancun. My sister and I went for a girls trip. It was very clean, the food was good, very close to everything (shopping malls, pharmacy). We did not use any of the spa services. The waiters and waitresses were fantastic. We participated in some of the activities which was a lot of fun as well, those staff are also super kind. A few things that could have been better - there is no dresser to put your clothes, they only have bottled water in the fridge in the rooms (not something you could get at the bars/restaurants), the schedule for which restaurants are open on certain days were not disclosed to us. Thankfully we went to the sushi night the night before as it was not open Mondays. They also didn’t tell us the themed meals for the Buffett ahead of time. Not ideal for those traveling with small children. Overall, the complaints are minimal and we had a great time. I’ve already told others to stay at the resort and I’d absolutely come back!

Great service! Clean comfy room. A variety of restaurants. It would be very hard to navigate for people who have accessibility needs. I was 12 weeks out from hip surgery & had trouble with no bars in washrooms & just getting to beach was 5 flights of stairs! There are ramps but they are steep w/o rails.
