"The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable but the property wasn’t well maintained, had foundation issues and amenities were limited."

"We booked a two night stay for my son’s tournament and when we got there, the tournament director told us we were at a different location 30–40 minutes away. We explain this to the staff and said Expedia would allow a refund if the hotel approved it. The staff said there shouldn’t be any problem because we didn’t stay there and never even use the room. They said I would just have to clear it with the manager, Vinny Patel. The staff left multiple messages with Vinny and I called back at least five times, left messages each time. Vinny was never available and never returned my calls. We were stuck with the bill for a room we never used. I do not recommend this hotel due to be poor customer service. The highest level of employee at that location (in the hospitality business of all things) couldn’t even give us the courtesy of a phone call."

"We were in town for a conference and the hotel was horrendous! The carpet was literally wrinkled, waiting for someone to trip...not to mention several large dark stains. The guest counter was encased in bullet proof glass. The elevators smelled fowl and looked like it missed several inspections. The refrigerator in the room was dirty and shelves were uneven. The bath tub had a roach on it, not to mention black mold in the corners of the shower wall. Speaking of bathroom...the faucet on the sink literally lifted up from the counter. The bottom of the tub was so filthy as if it needed replacement from all the grime and soap scum, we had to literally wear our crocs in the shower. Pitiful! The bed sheets had pink stains on one of the beds, that resembled hot pink fingernail polish. Overall, this was just a hot nasty, atrocious mess! Lesson learned. Upset we wasted our money. Next time we will pay for a stay at the Double Tree nearby."
